[redacted] purchased a BMW from Masters Automotive on and she agreed, signed and received her documents and the car same dayOur goal in masterz is to keep all our customers happy and satisfied, If she is not happy with her purchase, Masters Automotive will offer her to trade the vehicle for todays market value and will get her the vehicle that she likes(Please see attached signed documents)

Drear ***your car had a bmw warranty at the time of purchase and with your extended warranty the repair should have been covered maybe *** offered you used parts to put on the car, wen car was sold to you you had no issue with the car till recently that you had a problemAt this time I can offer you if you want to trade the car I will consider your repair and work with you on trayour vehicle

It still does not help the fact that I was told that I bought a extended BMW WARRANTY when it is actually a 3rd party warranty. My car is leaking and the brakes are rattling I have only had the car since june I understand it is a used car but this should not be happening once I drove off of the dealership. I would like my warranty money to be refunded 2,300$ Since I cannot use it at a  corporate BMW dealership which I was told from Darrel and Joe that I would be able to. I have been dealing with these issues since the end of june. Somthing more has to be done.
