Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I had to fix the car at a dealership near me because the car was no longer drivable, I do have the work order receipt that states the car had an "after market" part on there, the amount I paid. I Would like to know if the work order receipt suffice in an effort to get a refund? Tell me where to bring the paperwork and I will bring it. [redacted]

Found a car through cargurus.com contacted the dealer. Set up an appointment with one person for a visit. (BTW, they are closed on Saturdays) They confirmed my appointment 3 times. We drove from CT to see this car. We get there and we are meeting with someone other than the confirmed appointment. Then the salesman tells us that the car I came to see didn't pass inspection and that they returned it the night before back to the dealership...hmm I asked him if the car he was referring to was the one his colleague was parking on the street when we walked in. He got up and tried to back pedal his story and said, oh that belongs to a customer...no it doesn't. There are no plates on it. It's your dealer plate!!

He then tells us that I guess they didn't take it. NO kidding! I told him if they knew this they should have called me and let us make the call on whether or not to drive there from CT on Mother's Day or he should have had another comparable car ready to show us. We waited 20+ min. for a car to come 2 blocks away. it was dirty, scratched, bumped and un-presentable. We were so annoyed and ready to walk out he gives us the carfax report and then has the nerve to ask us if we want to leave a $500 deposit on this car or the original car!!! Are you serious??? We never saw the car I came to see AND you said it DIDN'T pass inspection. Are you kidding me??? So shady. This is why I HATE car shopping. Typical shady car salesman. Don't waste your time.

Text the person I had the original appt. with to tell her what happened....guess what...NO REPLY...surprise surprise!

Review: I went to buy a vehicle they advertised. I call the day before coming. When I got their I had to wait for 3 hours for the car. With my Four children. Then the car came it didn't have what was told to me. A dvd player. Not only that but had no floor matts and cargo nets. I told the [redacted] he promised to put them in. I have called and called but no results. here I am.Desired Settlement: To get what was promised.

Review: Did not prep the car for pick up as advertised and as agreed

Charged me for a $3,000 warranty I never asked for, considering I am a social security fix income individual

Promised to remove the $3,000 warranty, never did

Did not repair damages prior to purchase nor after verbal agreement

The car was advertised with leather seats, leather experts determined material is vinyl

The car was advertised with "cold weather pckg, no such thing

I returned the vehicle to them a week later after purchase for repairs on cracked windshield, gash on leather seat, prep and detailing issues, never repaired the windshield nor the "leather"Desired Settlement: removal or refund check of the $3,000 warranty, payment for installing real leather and repairing the cracked windshield here in my home town due to the fact I already gave them the car for a week and they never addressed the problems in question

Review: On September [redacted] car fax was reviewed by [redacted] (witness/friend) and myself. Car fax was shown by sales associate Daryl of Masters in [redacted]. When reviewed it was shown that vehicle was never in an accident. I [redacted] purchased my own car fax in the amount of 40 dollars on September [redacted] which showed that vehicle was in accident. A frontal crash. Causing the cars steering to be affected. This proves that documents provided were or are being falsified. Car was also taking to competition [redacted] where Jacqueline R[redacted] is the assistant service manager at [redacted]. Phone number ###-###-#### fax ###-###-#### I purchased a Bmw 528xi 2012 from Masters on sep *,2015 prior to delivery of the vehicle I was promised that the car would include the extended warranty . However this never happened once I picked up the car. As a result Kevin the finance manager exhausted my auto loan of $28000 even after I applied $5000 cash towards the car purchase No warranty was applied. I asked Kevin 3 TIMES to make sure this car included an extented warranty and he failed to do so. When I retyrned 3 weeks later I was then told that the only way for me to get extended warranty NOW was for me to pay another $2500 which I shouldn't have to.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of down payment $5000 .

[redacted]: After

reviewing the materials forwarded by your office we submit this

response to the consumer’s complaint. [redacted] purchased a 2012 BMW 528 on 9/*/2015 for $29953.51 plus tax

and registration and due to his limited credit history lender would

not allow to lend him more money for additional back end financing to

purchase an extended warranty. At this time Masterz offers [redacted]

for to purchase the extended warranty at discounted price as a

courtesy we can try to get a new loan with the warranty for [redacted]

subject to credit approval.And

the situation with the car fax regarding the accident vehicle was not

a structural damage an according to carfax shows car was in rear

accident not front.Masterz

Review: I saw a vehicle that I liked on their website. I called them and they said that they had the vehicle. When I went to see the vehicle they didn't have it and showed me other vehicles. I ended up buying a vehicle because the sales person was a little upset about us leaving and not buying. He told us that we needed to sign the papers to know what rate we would get on the loan because first we had to put insurance on the car to know the rate. He said if we weren't satisfied we could decline everything and get our money back. I bought the car and haven't been able to enjoy it because it's being repaired. I took the car in and they had to take it to the mercedes. They said it was fixed but all they did was change the brakes. The car had a noise on the bottom which they said they fixed and they didn't. I had to take the car again to get serviced because they couldn't hear the noise but then they did. I don't want to spend 30,000 on a car to have to take it in to be repaired. I want to return the car and get my money back but they said once I buy the car I can't return it. I lost full coverage insurance on the car because I was suppose to take it to get pictures taken but I haven't been able to because ever since I bought the car it's been in their business for repairs.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the car and have a refund. I don't want to buy a car so expensive even though it has warranty for me to be fixing it. In one week I have had to take the car twice.

Dear [redacted]:

After reviewing the materials forwarded by your office we submit this response to the consumer's complaint.

On June [redacted] 2013, [redacted] purchased a 2010 Mercedes Benz c300. The vehicle that she bought was still covered under the Manufacturer Basic Warranty which is in effect till Feb [redacted] 2014 or 50,000 which ever come first. The vehicle was brought to the dealership to be taken to the local Mercedes Benz Repair Facility, after inspecting the vehicle; Mercedes Benz Dealer fixed the issues with the car. If for any reasons additional repairs are necessary please bring the car directly to the nearest Mercedes dealer for warranty claims or contact us to schedule an appointment.

Masterz Automotive will continue to cooperate with any further request that may be made by the Revdex.com in this matter. However, we do not believe that any refund or accommodation is warranted at this time.
