I called the company and spoke to a woman named [redacted].  I believe that is her name.  I called on April 28 or April 29.  I cannot recall what day it was.  I explained this situation to her.  She said she would call OR email me when she found out something.  To date, I have nothing in my [redacted] account and I have not received an email OR phone call back.  I'm not going to play a phone game with this company.  They have NOT refunded me $2.45.

HiThe item ordered was on a back order from the manufacturer and the customer moved before the item was shipped. So when the order was shipped it went to the customers old address. I spoke with the customer and offered a shipping credit for any additional charges he has encountered to get the...

Thanks for contacting eVacuumStore.com.  It appears the Ms. [redacted] used a debit card to make a transaction on our site.  She failed to provide the correct billing address so the credit card processor could verify the AVS.  Please see the attached file which shows mutiple declines...

from Ms. [redacted].  We did not receive a charge so there is nothing to refund.  Her bank put a temporary authorization on the funds so the funds we be lifted when her bank lifts the authorizations.  We apologize for the inconvenience but this is out of our control.  Please contact your bank so see if they will remove these temporary authorizations. [The defective brush and wand are two items that must fit correctly together. Your offer to inspect only the brush does not make sense. Should you not inspect the wand as well? I stated the same to customer service AFTER they told me my brush fits because he (name omitted) was able to get his brush and his wand to fit properly in the warehouse.]
