We have removed the name from the mailing list but it is prepared up to months in advance so there is the possibility that another piece of mail will be sent before the removal is complete.? We have searched the system and found no record of the phone number mentioned in the complaint so I
cannot advise on the phone calls to the customer.? They have been marked as do not contact under the property address submitted.? Thanks

I have forwarded to our marketing department to remove from the list and manually done so? As we tell customers we have to have the mailing address exactly as it appears on the mailing piece they receive because the system automatically removes the addresses with a computer application that
does an exact match to the address in our file? The address in our file matches the mailing piece exactly? We continue to strive to improve our response to getting people off the mailing list when they request that we do so
