back side of all quarterly billing statements. The Cancelation policy states that when the account is closed a $20.00 fee is charged for recondition of the trash, if the can is not returned the customer is charged $100.00. She requested on June 26, 2015 to have her account closed. We removed her trash can on June 29, 2015, and charge $20.00 to the account for the recondition fee. Her previous billing cycle had been paid late. Her payment of $66.00 was due on April 15, 2015, payment was made April 24, 2015 Check #[redacted] in the amount of $66.00. Her billing statement sated that if paying after April 15, 2015 a $10.00 late fee will be added to your account. On July 7, 2015 she mailed in check #[redacted] in the amount of $30.00 to cover her can recondition fee, and her late fee from the previous billing period. She has not been charge for any other services and her account has been closed in good standing.

We have it on record that this customers trash had been reported missed 2 times in 2016. The missed trash was reported for 09/30/16, & 04/15/16. Our dispatch records show that we did send a truck back on both occasions to collect the missed trash. We do show that the customer requested to...

speak to a manger on 09/21/16. The manager called customer back on 09/21/16 at the phone number given, and was not able to reach the customer. A recorded message from [redacted] said the wireless user was not available. Customer called back in over the weekend of October 1st, and left a message on the company answering machine. The office manger returned the call on Monday October 3rd, and left a voice message. As of today October 6th, 2016. We have not heard back from the customer, and we have no record of her requesting to cancel her service. If the customer wants to cancel, they will need to call the office so we can schedule to remove our trash bin.

This customer was transferred to Evergreen Disposal by his previous provider. That provider has sold the company to Evergreen Disposal. Monday 05/01/17 was the fist day of collection for over a thousand customers. We have extra trucks on the road this week to collect anyone that reported to our...

I am rejecting this response because: I returned the garbage bin on Wednesday the 24th of January. I drove the bin myself to the Evergreen Disposal Inc. in Waldorf MD address [redacted]., MD [redacted]. I returned this bin of my own accord based on the fact that my trash had been sitting for a week in front of my house. I spoke with a technician named William at the location and he helped me unload the full bin from my personal vehicle. I do not believe my house to be out of the area for this company and if it was in fact then this should have been resolved before issuing a bin and charging money.

cancellation of service. A refund cannot be issued until after the trash can we provided has been removed from the property. The can as reported last week is scheduled to be removed today 08/22/17. The customer has not called in to the office to confirm that the can will be out to be collected on 08/22/17.

Terrible service. They miss pick up dates all the time and NEVER make them up. They then charge you $25 when you cancel service to sanitize the trash container. After that they will not allow you to drop off your trash container but then claim it was not at your house to pick up and charge you an additional $100 for the container. Total rip-off

The regular trash driver for this area is new to the company. We have reviewed service policy with him and a manger will be shadowing him for the next month to make sure he is only collecting regular trash on his route.

This location is serviced under contract by the HOA. The issue has been resolved with the HOA Board of Directors. The resident has been given a new trash can.

Evergreen Disposal was not able to confirm collection of the Evergreen trash and recycle bins provided for service. We sent a truck to collect them on 03/25/16, and 04/08/16. We did try to call the customer to confirm and rescheduled collection f the bins, but was not able to contact customer. Refunds cannot be issued unless the bins have been collected. Once the bins have been collected refund will be issued back to the same credit card payment was made with. This refund takes 48 hours. If the customer would call the office so we can reschedule together collection of the bins. We are happy to issue the full refund. Christine

Revdex.com: I wasn't aware that Evergreen was waiting for me to call in.  No one from Evergreen relayed this info to me.  Per Evergreens e-mail response last week, the trashcan has been outside since last night (8/21/17) awaiting on pick up today (8/22/17).

We only have one phone number on file for this customer. I am not able to include the number with my response because this will be public. The customer will need to call the office to see if the number we have on file is still a good number to be calling her at. We are able to send representatives out for collections, when we are not able to reach customers by mail or phone. Christine
