[redacted] called in to report his trash was missed on 04/25/At that time we placed a flag on the account for the filed manager to watch his pick up's till 05/31/We have no other record of him calling in to report any other missed pick up'sAt this time he has not informed the office that he wants his account closedIf he still wants to close his account he will need to call the office to schedule collection of his evergreen trash bin

Very efficient! If for some reason a pick up is missed, they will always come the following day

Our billing cycle is quarterlyInvoices are mailed out once every three months, days in advance and payment is due at the beginning of the service quarter This customer was days past due, and service had been stoppedThe customer called in on their day of service and made payment to bring the account up to dateThe customer service rep that collected the payment is new to the companyThe customer service rep informed the office manger that payment had been made and the customer was wanting trash collection the same dayThe office manager called the phone number on file and spoke with the account holders husbandIt was explained that the service had been placed on STOP SERVICE, for being past due, and service had been restored and would be collected the following week on the next regular scheduled pick up dayThe account holder sent in a Special PiRequest by email later that same afternoon, at 3:42PMThe office manager called the customer to respond to the Special Request Service email, at 4:20PMThe customer stated since we were not going to collect her trash the same day, that she wanted to close her account and have the trash can removed The trash can has been removed, and a refund is being issued for the remaining credit left over after her close date

This customer was transferred to Evergreen Disposal by his previous providerThat provider has sold the company to Evergreen DisposalMonday 05/01/was the fist day of collection for over a thousand customersWe have extra trucks on the road this week to collect anyone that reported to our office the trash was missedThe owner followed up with this customer personally and the trash has been collected

I have nothing positive to say here regarding the evergreen Disposal Incservicing Southern MDI used to have a trash service in the past but had stopped using it for yearsAnd just now starting again I was surprised that there were so many of them now I did call around and not knowing any betterWent with the cheapest oneI called and signed up for the trash service with Evergreen Disposal Inc., in October They charged me the fee for months (for Oct/Nov/Dec) in advanceThe agreement was the trash was supposed to be picked up twice a week on Tuesday and Friday of each week, starting the following week of the account set up dateThe trash tote was supposed to be dropped off on the first day of the service as wellFirst week, the trash tote got dropped off The trash was picked up on Tuesday On Friday, it didn'tI didn't call to complain right away because I gave the company benefit of a doubt that for the new service, they may need adjustment periodNot a big deal on the first week However, second week, the trash was only get picked up one day of the week and was sporadic since I'm working full time during the day, and I did not remember to call them during my (and their work hours) The first time I called and complain, it was sometime in late October I gave them enough grace periodThey came and picked it up the next day However, the service had not improved since then The trash had been left the night before of the scheduled pick up daysCame home after work to find out that it did notThe second time I called was in Nov, I expressed my dissatisfactory to them They said I need to call and complain "every time"Meaning, I have to call them at least once a week? I was baffled -- I'm sorry but what kind of business running this way? business entities would strive to "not" have any complaints against their recordWell, not this one-- With the Evergreen rep's attitude and I was started to get angryI asked them to go ahead and cancel my serviceI also requested the money backThey said I couldn't have my money back because I only called and complained one timeAt that point, I was fumingI asked to talk to the manager who wasn't available at that time When she called me back, saying the same thingI told that I didn't want to argue with her and did not want to deal with such companyI told them they could keep my months fee but by law, they could not charge me for service that has not been rendered, in this case, should be partial month of November and full month of December Finally, she said yes, I would get a refund of $for the month of December once the trash tote got picked up along with my trash for the last timeThat was in November Today January 6, 2017, I still have not received the refund of $as they statedI called them and the rep on the phone said that there was a refund of $credit on my accountThey charge me $for trash tote reconditionI was speechlessI don't remember that piece of information She said this information was printed on the billWell, I have never received the bill, haven't I? I just signed up for service, and they took my money in advance and their billing is quarterlyShe did apologize that it wasn't communicated with me, and would request a refund to send to my address on recordShe went on and said that not everyone wanted the refund (sure!)Some people wanted to leave it there and would be a credit to them when they sign up for the service again-- I told her I definitely would not -- But really think to myself sarcastically really?!?!? who in their right mind would?!!! -- I hope this review is helpful to any new customer that considering this company's serviceI should have check it here before I signed upLesson learnedThey are cheaper than anyone out there but I'd rather use the company that provide good consistent serviceI did go back to the company I used years ago Some company will match the price, so before you sign upshop aroundAgain, I would NOT recommend this company

Terrible serviceThey miss pick up dates all the time and NEVER make them upThey then charge you $when you cancel service to sanitize the trash containerAfter that they will not allow you to drop off your trash container but then claim it was not at your house to pick up and charge you an additional $for the containerTotal rip-off

** [redacted] signed up for service on 05/28/He signed up for his service to start 07/01/His neighbor across the street did sign up for service the same day but they chose to have their service as an ASAP start, and service to begin on 06/01/The refund is being issued back to them today

Refunds are issued within days of cancellation of serviceA refund cannot be issued until after the trash can we provided has been removed from the propertyThe can as reported last week is scheduled to be removed today 08/22/The customer has not called in to the office to confirm that the can will be out to be collected on 08/22/

This customer live on [redacted] **. This is a very long road that crosses over several service areas. She is at the split of two service routes. We have corrected the routing and she should no longer have any issue with pick up.

[redacted] signed a one year service agreement in June At the end of her one year she continued serviceOur Customer Service Policy, and cancelation Policy are outlined on the back of her signed Service AgreementThe Customer Service Policy and Cancelation Policy are also on the back side of all quarterly billing statementsThe Cancelation policy states that when the account is closed a $fee is charged for recondition of the trash, if the can is not returned the customer is charged $She requested on June 26, to have her account closedWe removed her trash can on June 29, 2015, and charge $to the account for the recondition feeHer previous billing cycle had been paid lateHer payment of $was due on April 15, 2015, payment was made April 24, Check # [redacted] in the amount of $Her billing statement sated that if paying after April 15, a $late fee will be added to your accountOn July 7, she mailed in check # [redacted] in the amount of $to cover her can recondition fee, and her late fee from the previous billing periodShe has not been charge for any other services and her account has been closed in good standing Thank you, Christine W [redacted]

This has been turned over to our Quality Control ManagerQuality Control will monitor this location for the next days to ensure trash is collected on ThursdaysThe manager will be out on Thursdays between & AM to check that trash is outWe will cross check at the end of the day against the driver log as well as the GPS on the truck to see exactly what time the trucks stops at this location

This location is serviced under contract by the HOAThe issue has been resolved with the HOA Board of DirectorsThe resident has been given a new trash can
