Our records reflect that [redacted] reported on Monday 03/14/that her recycling collection had been missed on Thursday 03/10/The office dispatched it out to the field manager to be collected within hours or by the close of business the following day Tuesday 03/15/ A truck was sent and did go back to collect her missed recycling items on Tuesday 03/15/16, no can was found out to be dumped [redacted] called back on Thursday 03/17/and reported the miss had not yet been collectedA truck was sent again on Thursday 03/17/following her call in [redacted] called on Thursday 03/24/stating she was concerned that recycling collection had been missed againWe informed her that at the time of her call the truck was still out in her area collecting the recyclingShe stated she had lost her faith in us and wanted to cancel and receive a full refundWe have provided her with trash and recycling containerAfter we have collected both containers we will be issuing her a full refund of the billing cycle, to include her payment for her regular trash collection which she stated she had no problems with The containers were scheduled to be collected on 03/25/He refund will be issued and mailed to her on 04/04/16.Thank you,Christine F [redacted] @evergreen-disposal.comOffice ManagerEvergreen Disposal ServicesOffice:###-###-####Fax:###-###-####

Evergreen Disposal was not able to confirm collection of the Evergreen trash and recycle bins provided for serviceWe sent a truck to collect them on 03/25/16, and 04/08/We did try to call the customer to confirm and rescheduled collection f the bins, but was not able to contact customerRefunds cannot be issued unless the bins have been collectedOnce the bins have been collected refund will be issued back to the same credit card payment was made withThis refund takes hoursIf the customer would call the office so we can reschedule together collection of the binsWe are happy to issue the full refundChristine

This customer did sign a year service agreementThe service agreement provides rate protection for yearEvergreen Disposal does not have E-Billing, or E-Notifications'We also do not have an Email address for this customerA letter was sent to him via regular mail to inform him that the day of trash collection was changingWe did have to change the day services are provided in this area to accommodate the customer growthTrash collection starts at 5AM Monday - Saturday, and trucks can run routes as late as 6-7PMWe cannot gauge from one day to the next what trash volume will beTrash volume can change the time service is collected, as well as traffic and weather can change the course of our service routes
