This company are liars and straight up crooks They charge ridiculous prices for services and when they get called on it, their salesmen catch attitudes and want to argue Companies like this should be put out of business because they look to take advantage of people that might not know any better*** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** They will make promises on pricing and will then tell customers it is impossible to be give the pricing discussedWould not recommend this company for anything!!

It was a pleasure speaking to you on the phone today, and am happy to put a summary of our conversation in writingAfter speaking to you, we have come to an understanding that Everlast Home Energy Solutions was vague and unclear in this instance of how costs of the
project were derivedIn actuality the Salesperson came derived a price of $28,which Ms*** feels is high, and gave Ms*** $5,incentive discounts to bring the total down to $22,We then proceeded to incorrectly issue a check to Ms*** for $5,which meant we had incorrectly given a large discount twiceEverlast Home Energy Solutions and Ms*** both agree that Everlast Home Energy Solutions could have been more clear and made the whole process much easier to understand for Ms*** and for that we are going the extra mile for Ms*** by having crews come out extra times to make sure her house is 100% to her likingThis includes fixing a couple sprinklers, replacing gutters and checking roof tilesMs*** has said we did a great job with the *** on the house and for that she commended us. Again we would like to apologize to Ms*** for any trouble but we know she will be 100% satisfied after our final crew comes out this weekend.

I am very sorry to hear that you were called and you are on the do not call list. Every thirty days we update our call list with the national do not call list and we never call the numbers found on the national do not call registry. Occasionally one slips through the cracks as was probably the case...

Mr [redacted],I listened to the recordings of the calls between Everlast Home Energy Solutions and yourself. Several of the claims made on your statement do not seem correct based on your phone recordings. However, I do want to appologize if you feel that our phone Marketers were rude to you in any way....
To combat this, I have removed your number from all of our call lists, so you will not be receiving any more calls. At Everlast we pride ourselves on respecting the national and our company DO NOT CALL LIST (which you are as of now on) to the best of our ability. Also, as for Everlast's actual work, we almost have no complaints on our completed work and we strive hard to keep it this way. Thank you,[redacted]
On 8/26/15 [redacted], our Service Representative called and left a voicemail for the customer to call back in regards to the Revdex.com dispute after replacing the screens on 8/22. We did complete the screen issue at no expense to the customer. In addition we did call the customer on 8/26/15 at 1:53pm and are still waiting for the customer to return our phone call in regards to this matter.
