legally purchase all of our caller id numbers from a vendor and do stick to the letter of the FCC regulations. Also our lists are scrubbed with the national do not call registry minimum every 30 days as required by law. I checked and your phone number is on our do not call list so you will not be receiving any more calls from us as was promised by the manager you spoke with.Thank you,[redacted]

I contracted with Everlast Home Energy Solutions to apply texture coat to the exterior of my home. The first thing I noticed was the lack of job site supervision. The workers were confused about what they were supposed to do. The job required that they remove rock that was on the lower half of my house. They had no clue? I had to make several phones to get that straight. The project foreman was never on site during the whole project.
I fortunately took 6 days off work to keep and eye on the project otherwise it would have been a disaster. Well actually it was a disaster. I had fascia boards that had dry rot and they were to remove the dry rot and use epoxy to fill in were the dry rot was removed. They used window and door chalk instead. what a mess that was. They attempted to cover up some issues with some dry rot on the trim boards on my wood siding by piling dirt against it. When it came to the painting the texture coat on they were not very thorough and did not check their work. I was constantly walking around showing them all the touch up that needed to be done. Also the job was suppose to take a week it took almost 2 weeks to complete. It also required 2 call backs to fix their messes.
I would definitely not recommend them unless you want the constant job of holding their feet to the fire to get it done.

Dear Ms. [redacted], It was a pleasure speaking to you on the phone today, and am happy to put a summary of our conversation in writing. After speaking to you, we have come to an understanding that Everlast Home Energy Solutions was vague and unclear in this instance of how costs of the project...

were derived. In actuality the Salesperson came derived a price of $28,352 which Ms. [redacted] feels is high, and gave Ms. [redacted] $5,821 incentive discounts to bring the total down to $22,531. We then proceeded to incorrectly issue a check to Ms. [redacted] for $5,821 which meant we had incorrectly given a large discount twice. Everlast Home Energy Solutions and Ms. [redacted] both agree that Everlast Home Energy Solutions could have been more clear and made the whole process much easier to understand for Ms. [redacted] and for that we are going the extra mile for Ms. [redacted] by having crews come out extra times to make sure her house is 100% to her liking. This includes fixing a couple sprinklers, replacing gutters and checking roof tiles. Ms. [redacted] has said we did a great job with the [redacted] on the house and for that she commended us. Again we would like to apologize to Ms. [redacted] for any trouble but we know she will be 100% satisfied after our final crew comes out this weekend. Thank you,[redacted]Customer Service

While the company did come out and provide me replacement screens, they repeatedly neglected contacting me and a tempting to resolve my dissatisfaction. I will be fixing a screen myself because one of the screens brought was the wrong size and would not fit.I would like Everlast to withdraw their benefit offer in their window products of "free lifetime repair or replacement of their screens." Theyade it extremely difficult to fulfill this promise and did not even try to make amends to keep a customer satisfied. I will not recommend this company to any friends or family.

We at Everlast Home Energy Solutions, do abide by the National Do Not Call Center's rules and regulations. Occasionally a phone number does slip through our extensive process of comparing Do Not Call numbers with our existing phone database. We remove numbers that are on the Do Not Call list from...

In this particular instance, I have double checked and the two phone numbers listed on this complaint are now removed from our database and will be flagged so we will not call them in the future.  Everlast Home Energy Solutions provides quality products and our installations are always flawless.  We  strive to continue this trend and we are always making sure that we follow the Do Not Call list procedures.

Do not do business with this company.before they knock on your door, they put their morals in their back pocket and fleece you of your money . all in the name of hero.they will make sure the lines are dotted and signed just in case they mess up.
I fell for it. tony came to my house sold me a bill of goods.I wanted my house painted.
I was very specific on what color I wanted my house.
oops, wrong color. papers sign,they got paid, they don't care.
they are really good at disappearing when something goes wrong.
don't do business with this company.
