This company was used only because my home warranty company sent themThey then proceeded to lie to my home warranty company, [redacted] , about my pool pump being damaged before my contract date beganMy pool pump WAS NOT damaged before my contract beganWhen I contacted them they lied to me and pushed it all on [redacted] They also came to my home without letting me know when they were coming, trespassing on my property

The pool at the said address needs attention. Additional cleaning and chemicals. The pool cleaning rate is $95.00 the first hour and $65.00. Each additional hour. There is a charge for the additional chemicals needed to clear the said pool. At the time of opening chemicals were added. The first hour of cleaning has been conducted. The pool needs additional cleaning and renter does not want to take on the responsibility of the additional cost to get the pool swim ready. Once it is decided (the renter or the homeowner) as to who will be paying for the additional services and products, we will gladly render the service. A deposit will be required.

Turner Pools is making no attempt to resolve my complaint. The pool cleaning rate as quoted WAS ACTUALLY (not what Turner's is saying) $95.00...there was absolutely no statement to suggest that additional cleanings would be necessary as the request for a quote stipulated "clean the pool and ready it for summer." I had a reasonable expectation to believe (and I relied upon) the quote that I received being both correct and COMPLETE vice "the first hour and $each additional hour" that Turner's is quoting now, after the service was already conducted.
Can Turner's provide proof that they quoted me the additional $each addition hour? Further can they prove that they conducted the service on my pool? Just as they are to 'trust' that their customers will pay their bill after 'services' rendered (which I have already done and have a signed receipt for), I am supposed to 'trust' that they completed the servicing Turner's is saying they completed, right? The fact is, I was not home at the time of the "servicing" and my pool looks like they didn't do anything to it to clean or get it ready for summer -- as was requestedI paid my bill to ensure I did not incur additional unethical charges, but I fully intend on disputing those charges in small claims court
"The chemicals needed to clear the pool are also an additional charge *** *** was contacted prior to the additional charges to clear and clean the said pool." -- I have made clear that I was led to believe otherwise when provided the quote from the Turner's Sales Rep. Otherwise, WHY WOULD I HAVE HIRED THEM?
"The pool water was not clear when the pool was opened and the pool needed a lot of attention." -- This is certainly not in dispute. My pool is in horrendous condition because Turner's gave me an incomplete quote that earned my business. They followed that up with incomplete service that calls in to question whether they actually even did what they are charging me for or not. I have pictures of the state of my pool immediately after their "cleaning" that I can provide to the Revdex.com
Bottom line: I wholeheartedly reject Turner's "offer made...to resolve this complaint" because it is neither an offer made, nor is it indicative of any effort made to resolve my complaint whatsoever

Let me start by saying DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They may seem too good to be true, well they are! I received a quote to replace a liner in my in ground poolThe quote was a couple dollars cheaper than any other quote I could find*** was helpful via email and we submitted our 50% depositI provided *** was a list of dates of availability and she choose the second to latest date I providedWe submitted our deposit on April 10th and set the install date for May 7th (weeks)On May 6th, I emailed *** to ensure what time the installers would arrive on May 7th as I have an infant and want to ensure he's situated while I meet with the installers*** called me back a couple hours later and left me a VM that the liner was not in, but she would be tracking it and it is scheduled to be in the following day - however if it's not in they would install on the 12thThat was NOT one of the avail dates I listed nor was a happy that I had arranged to be off work and planned my day around the liner being installedI emailed *** back and explained my unhappiness and questioned why the liner wasn't in as we had placed or order weeks ago I expected a call back or email later that dayIt never cameI called the following morning, the scheduled day of the install and left a messageI received a call back about an hour later from a gentlemen (name unknown)He said he was calling to tell me my liner wasn't in and they would install next TuesdayI explained that that was unacceptable and I had planned my day around the liner being installed (being off work = loss in salary) and that this is exactly what the complaints on the Revdex.com website say about Turner PoolsHe continued to tell my that "life's not fair" and 'well that's tough" and "you WILL NOT be receiving a discount" and then told me I was being "unreasonable" and "nasty" and promptly hung up on meI have done business with many companies from both sides of the street, but I HAVE NEVER spoke with anyone so condescending, rude and disrespectfulI called back and asked to speak with ***He stated she wasn't in and I explained that I don't know who he is, but I've been working with *** and I want to speak with herI also emailed *** about her rude employee or owner or whoever he is and expressed my dissatisfaction with his lack of customer serviceI'm awaiting a call or email backI can understand if they had to reschedule due to weather or a manufacturer defect in the liner or basically anything other than "well it's not here"And I had to initiate the call to them to check on the install; they could have called me a week ago and given me a heads up that the liner was pending shippingDO NOT USE THEM! This is the third email, They did finally email me on this day 07/15, the same day I filed a complaint to the Revdex.com, I am not saying I will not accept the offer but again this is the third email I have sent
asking for help and this is the only reply I have received in weeks, I want to see if the pool will be fixed, I want my pool fixed, Again they sent the email saying they are to come out next week 07-or 07-22 and asked me what time they may come, they may send an email giveing me a specific time but as of right now this hour they have not
I have had nothing but a problem and until it is fixed I will not change my complaint

pictures that were taken by Mr***. We have corrected the issues that Mr*** shared with us in his dissatisfaction in May 2015. The said pool is over yea.rs old and the pool liner has been replaced several times due to holes in linerOver the year'sTurner Pools have patched several holes in the said liner for Mr*** due to punctures from the above ground pool wedding cake steps, that were installed by Mr***. On December 1, 2014, Mr*** came to Tumer Pools because all of the water had leaked out of his poolHe was informed by Julie Turner that he could not leave the aboveground pool empty over the winter months. Mr*** purchased the aboveground liner and installationTurner Pools installed the liner December 3, Mr*** had also mentioned that his pool liner was only 2 years oldThis pool liner had been installed prior to Turner Pools installing the said liner in December 2014. In the spring of 2015, when Mr*** uncovered his pool, the pool liner had come out of the trackAt that time, Mr*** informed Turner Pools that the liner had come out of track*** ***r, inspected the pool liner and a new liner was installedTurner Pools also supplied the water to fill the pool to operating level. The said pool bottom track had corroded over the years and Turner Pools replaced the bottom track at the request of Mr***. Turner Pools attempted to save the pool for Mr*** but in order to replace the bottom track, the pool wall had to be dissembled and erected againThe existin.g deck and wall no longer butted up the way it originally didMr*** was informed of this occurring and was in agreement with the consequences of the dissembling of the said pool by Mr. Turner and several of our staff. The flat fee is for a normal clean. There was no way for the business to know that this pool would require so much more attention. That additional time and chemicals would not be able to be included in that price because there is no way for the business to know that it needed until the pool is opened to service.
