Don't get what you ordered
Ordered a headlight turn signal and tail light kit for my 04 HD 2500 I just completely restored it was supposed to take it to a four wheel drive show tomorrow and all I got was tail lights out of the six pieces I ordered that was supposed to be a kit

Everyday auto parts AKA Brock after market auto parts. bought and installed both side view mirrors and one side the actual mirror broke and it is not made with the same clip set up as Toyota. I've called and asked if they sell the mirror only and no they do not. You have to purchase the whole assembly. I even asked if they will give me the name of the manufacturer and no they will not. I will never do business with this company/companies again and I will find a company that sales a OEM replacement. If you are interested in this part I suggest you look elsewhere an buy a OEM copy

I ordered a small trim light from everydayautoparts.com a month ago, they claimed Free shipping When in actuality they attempted to ship the product to my email address, they now claim they want an additional $to ship the part back to me once it came back to themI have no part and no refund still at this point! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL RECIEVE NOTHING BUT EXCUSES FROM THEM! CAVEAT EMPTOR-BUYER BEWARE!!!

I just bought a Kia Soul 2018 Passenger Side Mirror from Everyday Auto Parts, and it came with no instructions! I called the customer service department and the help I got was to take the kia to a professional to installed it! Shameful!
First , they need to work on their customer service skills! Second, how can I recommend Everyday Auto Parts to anyone? Good delivery? Yes! Product? That remains to be seen! Customer Service is unsatisfactory! Check before u buy from them, no instructions means no knowledge of the product!

My original communication to the company stated that the item did not include mounting hardware necessary to complete the installationI also explained that the rectangular connector that was advertised on Ebay WAS NOT compatible with my vehicle, even though the compatibility was checked and verified on the company’s website prior to purchaseNow the part has failed, as I indicated to the company, but they say that the part was modified so they will not honor the warrantyWhat was modified was my having to spend $to have the wire harness “T” taped in order to bring power to the window“T” taps are used commonly for this purpose and do not constitute a modificationI have checked other sellers and THEY ALL provide the proper connector so that the part IS TOTALLY COMPATIBLE with the vehicleThis company has falsely advertised that the part is compatible which is turned out not to beIt required the small “T” tap in order to make it workNow, as I said earlier, the part has failed and they still refuse to honor the warrantyI have made a formal complaint with the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division because of thisHere is the 2nd correspondence to the company: “The part installed in the vehicle has now FAILEDThe window will not go up or downThe motor works, but the coiled spring has "sprung" AND NO LONGER FUNCTIONS AS DESIGNEDI need to returnAlso, I filed an earlier complaint with the Arizona Attorney General because the original part advertised and received WAS NOT COMPATIBLE with my vehicle, even thought it was verified to be compatible on your websiteAll other sellers provide the necessary electrical socket which makes the install a seamless and simple installationI had to pay $to have someone "T" tap the connection because you failed to provide the compatible electrical connectorNow, the entire component you sent out has failed and I would like a full and complete refundYour original response to my complaint was rude and I didn't appreciate the tone of the email”
I am asking for a total refund of money paid to this company who has falsely advertised compatibility with this productHow can you permit this practice to continueIt is a disgrace and illegal to advertise in this manner

I returned a pair set rear wheel hub bearings order 113-8306329-3670645. received e-mail to receive a refund of $44.24. the purchase was $81.24. please explain the reason for the difference. the items were returned in the original shipping box.

I have been trying to get in contact with anybody on customer service FOR DAYS. I have not received ANY type of help from this company. I have submitted a return request DAYS ago, I have not gotten a follow up email. This is horrible service! I just want to return the parts that I no longer need. “Easy Returns” arent so easy when there’s no type of communication!

Everyday auto parts I ordered thru amazon 2002 Toyota Sienna xle mini van right and left headlight assembly they sent the wrong headlights for a different auto and I printed the return from them but they are taking out he shipping from me for their mistake beware of this company
