I am writing to address Complaint ID *** The customer had written to our support mail on June 12, 2017, and we responded on June 13, 2017, the day after the email was sent to address the customers concerns and attempt to come to a resolutionThe customer went ahead and filed a complaint,
although we had responded and attempted to solve the problem via emailWe were able to get in contact with the customer over the phone on June 22, and informed them of the updated delivery date, and received confirmation that they would wait for the product to be deliveredThe situation has been resolved between Everykey and the customer.If you have any other questions please let us know. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]There lies the problem The COMPANY holds your refund until they test it in their labs and make the decision that there is nothing wrong with the product They are not installing the device on my equipment in my enviornment so therefore they are not qualified to say whether it works on my systems or not The company is also decietful in that they erase all negative reviews and complaints from their online sites I have watched my complaint and other negative reviews vanish from their advertisements and facebook page within minutes of being posted However if you read the reviews at the Apple Store for the Everykey app that you have to have to make the device work you see the real story The majority of people downloading the app share the same experience I am having! It does not work with my devices
