I received excellent customer service, the first time I bought from hereI have been coming back ever sinceI get great prices and customer serviceWhat more can you ask for ? This was our first time shopping with Everything Pageant. Kimberly was awesome. The dress was GORGEOUS! Will shop here again in the future.

KImberly, her company, her staff were absolutely the best to work with!!! They have so many options available for dresses that you are needing. Their PRICES are UNBELIEVABLY the BEST!! The level of CUSTOMER SERVICE is INCREDIBLE. I have bought dresses from so many other places over the internet in the past, but I will ONLY be going back Everything for Pageants for ALL my future needs. I work in a customer service field for a living and their customer service has succeeded any customer service that I have ever experienced!!! If you need a dress, go to Everything for Pageants!!!

I had purchased two Little Miss dresses from Everything for Pageants, LLC. in the past for my youngest daughter.

I couldn't find a perfect fitting Miss Suit for a Miss Competition for my oldest. I thought of Everything for Pageants, LLC to see if by chance they had any. The owner called me back said she had a wide selection, and it saved me from going to another mall and looking and wasting more time. After trying on the third suit, we found the perfect fit and beautiful color. We were thrilled this was a one stop shop, and had another successful purchase from Everything for Pageants, LLC!!!!!

Excellent service, super fast shipping, and a wonderful selection of gowns! I would shop here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for making my little princess' dreams come true!

I was very impressed with this company. I had ordered a dress from another vendor that quoted me a price and then proceeded to give me excuses as to why I had not received the dress for over two months. She contacted this vendor to help her honor the deal she made with me. Kimberly from Everything for Pageants took me on as a customer even knowing she would not make any profit on the dress in order to honor the original price I was quoted. She worked with me to get the right dress in the right size and color in an expedient manner. I will be getting all my daughter's pageant needs from her in the future.

Best experience buying a dress ever!! It can be hard finding the right dress but Kimberly was amazing at helping me. She walked me through every step of the way from finding the right color to the right style and everything in between.

EVERYTHING FOR PAGEANTS was able tilo find the exact dress in color and size I wanted and shipped immediately. Very positive experience, great communication.

Beautiful dress described in detail and exactly as it looked in real life. Arrived extremely quick after purchasing. Dress was well packaged to keep from wrinkling and to prevent damage to dress.

I can't say enough good things about Everything for Pageants. I have purchased several dresses from Kimberly and she has always been so helpful in helping me decide what dress would be best for my daughter. If you are looking for a winning pageant dress I would definitely recommend Everything for pageants. dispute number after asking for it repeatedly. She slandered our name all over [redacted],[redacted], etc. and is being served with a small claims suit especially since we have heard from paypal that the customer was refunded.

Kimberly from "Everything for Pageants" was very helpful! Her knowledge of previous customer preferences as well as judging was very useful in decision making. She was more then willing to continuously search for my desired items. I will defiantly be back!

First of all the customer agreed to the terms and conditions on our website. She contacted us well after receiving the...

dress and was told that she was not eligible for an RA. Days later she sent the dress to the designer who refused to exchange the dress for her. She did dispute the transaction with paypal and our response to them was "Seller:[redacted] states in an email to us that she never spoke to anyone, however in her claim to you, she states we told her to sell the dress on ebay. She is not being truthful. She bought a sales item and clearly mis measured her daughter and now wants to point the finger at us that the dress is made incorrectly. Our terms and conditions clearly state we can't be held accountable for that either. She ordered the Hannah S [redacted] Aqua size 8 and that is EXACTLY what she received, not sized wrong. When she was told we would not exchange the dress she was outside the exchange period and had bought a sale dress, she waited another 20 days and then returned it to the designer who shipped it back to her refused. She must have a valid RA per our terms and conditions. We offered her a discount on another dress and we never heard back from her. Should you need any further information please let me know." We never said that is was a special order or custom made. So who is the one lying? She has done nothing but harass our entire customer service team and threaten us. We issued a cease and desist yesterday and she continues to contact us. Now she puts in a false report with the Revdex.com. The fact is she ordered a size 8 Hannah S gown and that is exactly what she received, kept the dress for days and then tried to return the dress to the designer, not us and they refused her request as did we.

I did not wait 20 days to ship it back. It took longer to get there because it was sent from Canada. It was shipped back 2 days after receiving it.
I also said I didn't hear from anyone about the dress and shipped it back, but meaning BEFORE the dress was shipped back. I finally heard from someone AFTER it was shipped. I never imagined I couldn't have an exchange on something that was seriously many sizes smaller than the measurements on the website stated. I was looking for some customer service is all! Instead I got told to sell it on ebay. I have all the emails and dates. I told them I already shipped it back and they basically said 'oh well you are getting it back sell it on ebay'. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Also all I know is that paypal told me they claimed it was a custom made dress to get out of the dispute. I have that IN WRITING from paypal. Basically it is really poor customer service. YES I ordered that dress and that size, but when it came in much much smaller than measurements on their website, a GOOD business would exchange it and keep a customer happy. They wouldn't do this and tell them to sell it on ebay. Poor service!!!!!! Sometimes concessions are made, and rules can be bent a bit. I did not mis-measure my daughter. In fact, she has a ton of dresses in size 6-8 from various designers with the same measurements that fit her perfectly. This dress just runs extremely small. This place is ripping people off by putting stuff on sale for $5-$20 off so they can lock you into a sale like this. Its very bad business. I strongly suggest people do not deal with this business and glad I can warn people about it. I have lost $300 (well my teen daughter has lost it), but learned a valuable lesson on ethics and customer service in the long run.

I have addressed this complaint several times. [redacted] was not eligible for an exchange 1. It was a final sale 2. She kept the dress for days before shipping the dress back to the wrong warehouse (which they refused) because it wasn't theirs. [redacted] made several threats to our company and was vile on the phone and we have closed her order with us.
