I have not had as many problems getting in contact with a landlord as I have with these guys. Every since they consolidated companies to Ex Homes, nothing but problems getting in contact with them to get matters in my home solves.

One realtor in particular, was extremely unprofessional in the way that she mishandled and mismanaged the appointments (3) that she made with my husband and myself to see a property in Palm Bay. After standing us up for the third time and us taking time off from work, we decided that we are no longer interested in working with this company. There is a better way. If I were the owner of this property, knowing the unprofessional manner in which she handled herself, I would reconsider working with them, more specifically her. After informing the receptionist of the matter, I was relieved to know that this isn't a standard that their company lives up to. Hopefully the realtor will learn from her unprofessional manner in which she operates and handle her business more effectively in the future. Very bad impression.
