Yes,I caught the driver while vehicle was towed but I was not offered the "drop fee"

Dear sir, Excalibur Towing entered into a contract with the legal agent for the property on 03/27/2014. We were hired to patrol the property hours a day days a week at various times. Again, that is not something required by law. If the driver felt threatened or was spoken to ugly it is his/her option. I apologize that your car was towed, however a fire lane is for emergency vehicles only per state law. No refund will be given. Thank you,

On 7/17/your vehicle was towed for being parked in a FIRE LANE! This is not only against the law, but against the apartment communities rules and regulations. In the state of texas we can offer a "drop fee" if you actually catch the driver in the act of towing your car. Did you witness and catch the driver towing your vehicle? It is a drivers descression to offer this fee. We are not required to do so

Sir, As you can see in the photos there are cars already parked in your driveway. This vehicle was not picked up and moved by a driver. If you are not the only one that drives the vehicle maybe you should check with the other people in the home. No refund will be given as the vehicle was in a fire lane. I never parked in the fire lane. I have a jeep and a truck and two parking spaces. My two vehicles are always parked in them I know better than to park in a fire lane. I'm the only person that drives that car and it hasn't been moved in a couple days. My neighbors worked on their ac all evening right next to it. Your driver pulled the car out of my parking space then took the picture in the fire lane.

No my car wasn't in the fire lane. I have 2 vehicles and 2 assigned parking spots how can I park in fire lane and have 2 vehicles in my parking spaces .I have only 2 vehicles  No one drives the jeep but me and no one parks in my spaces or I would have them towed so I could park in my spaces. I never park in the fire lane I'm not stupid. But your driver is a liar and a thief to take my legally parked car out of my space. I'm still waiting to see these pictures you keep talking about.it would have a grey Chevy and a white jeep if it's my address cause the address on the ticket your people gave me has the wrong address on it
