Excellent Auto Glass Shop in Phoenix really is not a company one wants to do business with They replaced my windshield but did not bring one with the standard tinting They were however told that this car had factory tinting To top this off they charged my insurance company for three hours of work but the installer only need about minutes to complete the job I would be happy if these guys would stop calling me The have been asked every time they call to please take me off their list but they call every two weeks to once a month This has been going on for over a year This is not a company you want to do business with I have never written a review of any company except Excellent Auto Glass Shop Phoenix

This company's relentless telemarketing calls are driving me crazy! They have completely ignored my repeated requests to remove me from their telemarketing call list. After four years, I am fed up. I can't take it anymore. Today their representative rudely and abruptly hung up on me when I asked, no begged, him to take me off their call list. It's not the representatives' fault. Clearly, it is this company's policy to ignore such requests and continue to hound you aggressively forever! Please, do yourself a favor folks, have your windshield repaired by anyone BUT these guys.

I RECEIVE NUMEROUS PHONE PHONE SALES CALLS From Excellent Auto Glass
ON THE LAST CALL, WHICH IS PERSISTENT, I DID ASK ABOUT
SAND PITTING. THEY WERE VERY AGRESSIVE ABOUT WANTING THE SALE.
THEY RAISED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND I FILED A CLAIM. MY INSURANCE ,
[redacted], SET UP AN INSPECTION AND DETERMINED REPAIRS WERE IN ORDER, NO REPLACEMENT!! EXCELLENT CONTACTED ME BACK AND SAID I SHOULD INSIST ON REPLACEMENT. WHEN I ASKED IF THIS WAS ETHICAL I WAS TRANSFERED TO A MANAGER ,CHRIS WHO WAS VERY RUDE, WHEN I SOUGHT INFO HE TALKED
OVER ME, WHICH WAS VERY IRRITATING. When I raised my concerns, he replied,"Fine ,we don't need your business anyway". My concern over forcing a windshield replacement was never addressed . My concerns were never satisfied. I feel there is something amiss and would warn other consumers about these practices and customer treatment!,,

I just had my Jeep's windshield replace Friday and was promised 4 free nights and $200 gift card for meals.
I was told my coupons would come through email on Monday. No mail so I called and was promised Tuesday. It's Wednesday and no emails.
After several texts they have sent them and say the "free" coupons actually cost me $15.99 to activate.
I think the service was good but I think verbal promises not met fall under false advertising.
I will also be registering a complaint with [redacted] for having them on their preferred list.

This company continues to call despite repeated requests to be removed from their call registry and to be put on their Do Not Call list. Even when we have asked them to update their records to reflect the purchase of a new vehicle in 2014, they still call regarding their old database of my previous vehicle's service in 2009. We have been beyond frustrated with stopping the calls despite being on the national Do Not Call registry.
