The salesperson was providing false and misleading information. I took them up on an offer for restaurant vouchers and a hotel voucher. I was told that there was a fee of 16.95 to activate the certificate, which was true, but they left out the other 250.00 worth of fees. When I attempted to exchange the hotel voucher they got aggressive and told me that nothing is free and they don't work for free, im sure you don't either.
false advertisement, lying, and outright rude customer service. I called my insurance company in an attempt to remove them from approved vendors. oh, and the technician made a mess of my vehicles and failed to clean up the glass shards on my seats. BEST TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

They keep calling over and with glass replacement offer despite my number is on Do Not Call List and many request not to call.

We mailed the rebate out to the consumer on 07/05/2016 to her address [redacted]. We left her a voicemail on 07-19-2016 to call the office if she did not receive it so we can help. Please have the consumer call our office so we can verify her information and get her the rebate...

My insurance carrier referred this business to me for purposes of "repairing" my vehicle windshield. A greedy, pushy salesman was looking to make more money by unnecessarily wanting to "replace" the windshield. I received many annoying phone calls from the business. I ultimately had my insurance company cancel their business and I was provided a different auto glass company to repair the windshield. Very frustrated and bothered by such a dishonest way of doing business.

Excellent Auto Glass Shop in Phoenix really is not a company one wants to do business with. They replaced my windshield but did not bring one with the standard tinting. They were however told that this car had factory tinting. To top this off they charged my insurance company for three hours of work but the installer only need about 25 minutes to complete the job. I would be happy if these guys would stop calling me. The have been asked every time they call to please take me off their list but they call every two weeks to once a month. This has been going on for over a year. This is not a company you want to do business with. I have never written a review of any company except Excellent Auto Glass Shop Phoenix.

This company's relentless telemarketing calls are driving me crazy! They have completely ignored my repeated requests to remove me from their telemarketing call list. After four years, I am fed up. I can't take it anymore. Today their representative rudely and abruptly hung up on me when I asked, no begged, him to take me off their call list. It's not the representatives' fault. Clearly, it is this company's policy to ignore such requests and continue to hound you aggressively forever! Please, do yourself a favor folks, have your windshield repaired by anyone BUT these guys.

I RECEIVE NUMEROUS PHONE PHONE SALES CALLS From Excellent Auto Glass

ON THE LAST CALL, WHICH IS PERSISTENT, I DID ASK ABOUT

SAND PITTING. THEY WERE VERY AGRESSIVE ABOUT WANTING THE SALE.

THEY RAISED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND I FILED A CLAIM. MY INSURANCE ,

[redacted], SET UP AN INSPECTION AND DETERMINED REPAIRS WERE IN ORDER, NO REPLACEMENT!! EXCELLENT CONTACTED ME BACK AND SAID I SHOULD INSIST ON REPLACEMENT. WHEN I ASKED IF THIS WAS ETHICAL I WAS TRANSFERED TO A MANAGER ,CHRIS WHO WAS VERY RUDE, WHEN I SOUGHT INFO HE TALKED

OVER ME, WHICH WAS VERY IRRITATING. When I raised my concerns, he replied,"Fine ,we don't need your business anyway". My concern over forcing a windshield replacement was never addressed . My concerns were never satisfied. I feel there is something amiss and would warn other consumers about these practices and customer treatment!,,
