The claim my client is making is not fully accurate I have been in contact with her about the remaining portion of the refund and will continue to strive to remit the remaining balance to her as soon as funds become available to me While the time to remit has been longer than expected, I remain committed to making sure that the agreement for the refund will be fulfilled as quickly as possible Additionally, I will maintain communication with my client until the full repayment is completed

While I appreciate my client's frustration with the arrangements we have made, the claims that he makes are not all accurate Nevertheless, I have been and am willing to provide a refund In fact, I just sent him another check for $as part of the refund payment which he has now deposited - 9/12/ I will strive to make sure the refund is completed as soon as possible

A check for the remaining balance of $was sent today A tracking number for the mailing was emailed to my client

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

I will be sending a check this week for half of the amount owed and will then send the remaining amount the first week of March

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this financial offer resolution is reluctantly satisfactory to me, to the extent that MrM [redacted] provides restitution equal to, or no less than half of the amount extended to him ($2400) for services rendered that clearly miss what he identified what he would do in the execution of this job assistance contractI am quite honestly weary of his unfulfilled propheciesI do not see any merit in continuing with him Sincerely, [redacted]

I recognize my client has some frustrations with the job search Yet, her account of what has transpired has not been completely accurate We have been engaged in the search just over months, not the months she claims During the search to this point, my client has changed her goal(s) as to the type of position and industry she wants to pursue That is fine, but it must be understood that it takes time to begin heading in a new direction with regard to the identifying of target organizations and recruiters Additionally, I had related to her early on that I had a serious personal situation which was taking much of my time and asked that she be patient as I sought to resolve the issue and then get back to the search accordingly Graciously, she was willing to be patient as I dealt with this very serious personal matter involving the health of my wife However, during these past months, there have been numerous activities on my part on behalf of my client's job search While there has been little in the way of actual interviews, there have been a number of opportunities, organizations and recruiters whom I have approached for my client I believe, at this juncture, we should renew the search and start fresh to gain a clear understanding of my clients new goals and then proceed to put the search into high gear toward the gaining of a new employment opportunity for her I am committed to making a renewed effort to push the search forward with regular updates and communication My client desires a new employment situation and I know that I can help her achieve that goal

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Michael has made these same promises for monthsI want the Revdex.com to keep this complaint open and support me in pursuing the proposed solution until a full refund is delivered Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: although you are correct, the check was cashed February making it months and not months:- There are no updates from you without me chasing- I often write and wait a week for a response- Your responses are not substantive - You typically refer to a general "oh there are several interesting opportunities" which was the same thing you said when you hadn't received the check yetand yet months later, not a single opportunity has arisenI don't see how moving forward is going to change anything Sincerely, [redacted] ***

My client, *** ***, with whom I have contracted has provided a complaint which is largely inaccurate. I have provided numerous positions for him to consider and pursue, in addition to a number of Executive Recruiters and internal company Recruiters with whom he has spoken, all of which is
documented. Beyond that, I have spent many hours of time searching for additional positions and connecting with Recruiters who had potential to be an employment source for my client, but ended up not being suitable for his pursuits. Even after my client has filed this complaint I have generated another worthwhile connection with an Executive Recruiter who wishes to speak with my client. My good faith efforts toward his benefit continue. My client has made many disparaging comments to me over the time we have been engaged in the search, even to the point of threatening me - "I can make things ugly for you, going forward, in only ways that you may imagine". Nonetheless, I do not wish any negativity for my client. I realize that he has been frustrated in the search because the interviews and connections have not turned into job offers. I also recognize that my communication has, at times, been sporadic or delayed. Yet, I have continued to seek to assist my client in securing new employment and have plenty of documentation to support that. I would like to continue to help him and would propose a twice monthly meeting arrangement that would help keep communication and tasks more consistent. My client has requested a full refund as he has asserted that no service has been rendered. That is just plain and, once again, there is documentation to substantiate this his assertion is not true. I would consider refunding a portion up to half of the original fee if my client no longer wishes to receive of my services. I certainly wish to work things out amicably

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***

The complaint my client has made has some truth to it, but also some inaccuracies in what he describes as having and not having occurred in our business relationship. I understand that he has frustration in the job search as it can be a very long and rocky road. My client has stated that
I have not provided specific people with whom he could speak in relation to potential opportunities and that is simply not the case. While there have not been many, there are certainly some Recruiters with whom I have attempted to connect him. As recently as last week I had a new CFO position with a specific contact in a company local to my client that was ready for an interview, but my client refused it - instead desiring to terminate our relationship. I do admit that my time has been strained in having to take care of my elderly mother in recent months, so I realize that it has had an impact on my service to my client. Yet, I have combed through many opportunities for my client and sought to utilize my time effectively in only pursuing those with a high potential for a match. I propose renewing the search efforts for my client and providing a more aggressive pace to the pursuit of appropriate opportunities for him. I propose a timely reporting structure (weekly phone meetings) where he and I can review the activities of the search and focus on tasks at hand. I am confident that I can help my client garner a satisfying new employment opportunity and am willing to renew my effort to do so. Yet, if my client is not willing to refresh our focus on getting him a new employment opportunity, then I will consider a refund of up to 80% of the original fee paid

I am fine with my client's desire for a refund of 80% of the original fee. I will send the refund directly to him

I am rejecting this response because:Many of the remarks made in MrM***'s response are fallacious, and easily refutableThese presumed positions and connections that he has alluded to for which he asserts that end up being not suitable for my pursuits, are because MrM*** did not spend the requisite time to focus on, or hone in on the appropriate job targets for my skill areas (from a background perspective), due to his inability to consider those key obvious factors during this contracted period of timeThe documentation that MrM*** refers to, again, portends towards ineffective inquiries that, oftentimes, do not remotely identify relevant job prospectsI certainly have the email identification to justify this point. To the extent that MrM*** NOW proposes a twice monthly meeting arrangement, over the period of time that has elapsed over his discourse, speaks volumes to his unprofessionalismAs, once again, he will only communicate behind the vail of email, because, as he knows, he will be called out for all of the non-performance issues identified in this pursued business dereliction claim if he picked up the phone to personally and adequately address these mattersI can only point to the huge time gaps in his correspondence with me to validate the fact that MrM*** does not consciously understand what 'good faith' means.I do not wish to prolong the discouraging process of trying to work with MrM***, given his empty prophecies and complete lack of follow through, to witWith that in mind, I would reluctantly accept half of the contract value refunded to me, with MrM***, notwithstanding the fact that his reputed service rendered no more than a quarter of the contracted valueHowever, I must reject MrM***'s proposal, primarily because his response indicates that he would consider the aforementioned refundI will only accept MrM***'s proposal on the condition that he makes arrangements to actually extend the refund amount he vaguely proposes
Sincerely,
*** ***

While I agree that my client has been very patient in awaiting the return of the promised refund, the description she provided of the situation is not completely accurate. Nonetheless, I will refund the remaining amount as originally promised. The refund will be sent by February 15th

My client and I have communicated via email since his original complaint.  He is no longer employed, so my offer is to provide career services to enable him to obtain employment at a faster rate.  Additionally, I will send him refund payments spread over the next few months.

I contracted with my client and early on in the search process had a number of companies and opportunities I was pursuing on his behalf.  After a few months, I began having significant personal challenges involving the health of my wife.  More recently, my mother and mother-in-law whom I...

help care for have had major issues with their health and living arrangements which has required much of my time and attention and thereby taken me well out of a normal schedule.  However, I have just made arrangements for their care which will allow me to focus more intently on the work of my client's job search.  I now have an available schedule and would like to renew the search effort and start fresh in fulfilling our agreement as I am confident there is much I can do to assist my client in finding the new opportunity that he seeks.

Unfortunately, my client continues to see the situation one way only - his way.  His perspective does not contain the full picture of what has happened and what could happen and apparently will not change, even despite the continued offerings of job search assistance that I have provided and am willing to provide.  Case in point, I have recently offered to introduce my client to an Executive Recruiter who wishes to speak with him, but my client has been unwillingly to follow through.  I have a number of other Executive Recruiters who have also expressed interest and I would be glad to put my client in touch with them immediately to explore current and future job possibilities.  If my client remains unwilling to participate, then I am willing to make arrangements to refund half of the original fee and we can conclude our arrangement.
