Thanks for contacting us about your return. I apologize that you this was not resolved earlierIt appears we attempted to contact you about a replacement/refund back in December since we were not able to get the device repaired and did not receive a responseI'm not sure why no one followed
up with you and I apologize that did not occur, but since the transaction was done so long ago I cannot issue a refund to your *** account, but can either issue you a full refund via ACH deposit or by sending you a refund check. To complete the refund by ACH deposit , please reply to this email with the following info and I will have our accounting department do an ACH DepositName of BankAccount NameRouting NumberAccount Number. If you would like a refund check mailed to you, I would just need the complete mailing address you would like it mailed to. I am rejecting this response because:
The business failed to communicate either with me or my *** whatsoever for the past weeks until I got Revdex.com involvedI can understand the backlog and the fact that it can take upto days to process the refund, but as a business, one should have decency or common courtesy to inform the customer of the status of the process by responding to inquiriesAs of now, my *** has taken the hold on charges off so that Expansys can issue the refund; however, I'm not at all satisfied with its service, product and customer relationsI will not recommend it to any of my friends, family or my patients, for that matter

This is perhaps the worst company I have ever made a purchase fromI often make purchases from online companies, and have run into a few different times where the item I ordered was not in stockThis is not a big deal to me when the company decides to be upfront with me informing me that my product purchased was out of stock and ensure that the product gets to me as soon as possibleThis is not what happened, I received my initial product confirmation page which said that I would receive another e-mail when the item had shippedA day later when I start wondering where the shipping e-mail was (the shipping page said that products usually ship out within hours) I discover that my product was out of stockAfter contacting their very rude customer support via e-mail, I find out that there was a single line of the confirmation page that said the item was "on request" apparently that means out of stockSo because I was in a hurry to get my item I had paid extra to have the purchase shipped to me within 3-days instead of the average -daysNow my product is not going to get to me for 2-weeks instead of the 3-days I paid forWith it being out of stock I understand the need to have stock first, however they are taking no efforts to ensure that despite the inconvenience to me I get my item as soon as possibleAnd I still have to pay the extra shipping costs just to get my item this month (hopefully)I find this to be appalling from any companyThe fix wold have been simple, inform me via a separate e-mail my product was out of stock and would be delayed 1-weeks instead of me having to discover this on my ownAnd second upgrade me to the fastest shipping they have available to apologize for the inconvenience (this is what ***, and *** have done for me in the past)
I would never buy from them again, or recommend them to anyoneIn fact, if I could find anyone else who sold the item I purchased I would cancel my order immediately and buy it somewhere else

I ordered a phone on 11/21/It is December 19th and I do not have the phoneI have called this company numerous times and I cannot get anyone on the phone and the voicemail box is fullI began to email the companyI did receive a response hours later and was given another tracking numberI called the post office and the tracking number went to the companyI emailed again and I was told to contact Eric ***He does not answer his phone and does not respond to any messagesI am out and I have asked for a refund but, no one will acknowledge or take care of this

We have processed your return and spoke to you yesterday concerning sending you a replacement unitWe even upgraded your shipping for the delay in processing timeUnfortunately we received a charge back from your credit card company this morning and were forced to recall the unit that was
in transit to bring it back in to the warehouse to refund the order and close the charge back that was openThis will take a few days since we had to recall the package and we have to contact your Credit Card company Charge back department to notify that a refund will be issued so the can release the charge backWe will be receiving more of these unit in over the next few weeks so if you decide you do want to get a unit feel free to reach out to us so we can assist you.

I purchased a $smartphone and smartband from expansysAt first they lied to me that they can only sell the smartphone in the form of bundle and they can't sell the device aloneWhen I received the *** parcel I saw two separate items were put in the *** package and even the receipt showed itemsIf it was a un-separatable bundle then it should have come in one package and the invoice should have shown one itemExpansys with this trick tried to sell more to customersHere is the actual problem:
When I received the device and unpacked it, I got surprisedWhen I opened the sim-card slot to insert the sim-card I realized that the device is missing the sim-card tray (holder) and this issue makes it un-functionalExpansys sold me a device as a brand new device but it was either used (second hand) or a device that failed the quality checksI sent the item back and I am waiting for my moneyI don't want to get any other device from this online storeExpansys customer service is below average, and it is hard to deal with themI never suggest it to anyone

However, your case has also been complicated by the fact that you filed a chargeback on the order before it even arrived at our warehouse, and our credit card processing service will not allow us to issue the refund until the chargeback has been released.
