***They were at a convention show and totally gave me a faulty product...and I found out after on that they dont even have a number to call for customer service or anythingI sent more than a dozen emails just asking to be sent a new product, but absolutely no response***The item was a heating pad which supposedly has a coin inside it, which when clicked 1-times should heat the pad automatically by foaming on the insideABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENED after an enormous amount of times

We bought 4 of the large ones and a couple of the small ones. They worked as suggested (click the metal piece) and I've reset mine three times now. No problem. Sorry to hear about your experience.

Bought both Back and shoulder heat pads at a home show at the Airport on Feb 19th/Both products burst 1st use and I have sent numerous emails but never get an answer to tell me where to exchange themI called the number on the bill, and this person tells me he has texted the owner to help me*** no responseThis has been going on for monthsI no longer want an exchange, I want a full refund for a faulty product

I purchased a back pad at the Green Living Show in Toronto in April In May the pad stopped working and wouldn't liquidfy after boiling I have sent at least emails to the company and I get a response that indicates they received the email, but no response The pad was less than month old when it broke I feel it should be replaced free of charge

I purchased the back support heat productModel number ***It is supposed to reset back to liquid when I boil the heat pack but when left out to cool, it solidifies and activates by itselfI attempted to do this more times...each time to see what I could do with the metal disk inside to see if I did something wrongOn the 4th time, the bag sprung a leak*** I want my $back
