Express Heat Therapy

I am a Toronto Firefighter. I purchased the neck/shoulder heat pad at a convention show. Was told there is warrenty and the product will not tear/rip. Upon first use, product ripped and the fluid went everywhere. Have been trying to contact the company for almost 2 months and haven't received an email about exchange of the product. [redacted] I will be looking for a refund.
