I am rejecting this response because: The technician held the key against the push button and made it startThat is not a resolution of the problemThe wrecker did that to start the vehicle as we were going to have it towed to the dealershipThat very day your company performed that "service", the dashboard still showed the problem one minute after the tech left, when I called and called wanting to speak to a manager, I never got throughAs a matter a fact I finally got through for a resoulution after missing an entire day of work (5pm)Of course I demanded a refund because no one was able to get ahold of the technician and your company didn't not want to send out a different technician because mind you, my service call was at 9amThe tech was late and didn't even fix the problemYour tech left when my key, and that was not written in the invoiceAfter going to a dealership, they had to fix the problem that I initially had plus had to replace and reprogram another key because the key that your technician gave me was not the model of my vehicleWith all that being said, I will definitely request that you show all the recorded phone calls at the small claims court if possible because the lack of professionalism and quality of service was at a lowThe worst part of it all is that I never spoke to the manager? Can you please explain why I could not verbally speak to a manager and also can you please explain why a dispatcher (male) by the name of *** became argumentive with me after I was asking to have a different technician sent outExplain to me why on August 24th I requested to have a technician sent out and the call was made at 5pmThe technician called me hours later to say that he will not make it out till the following morningThat's advertisement above all other issuesI filed a police report to follow the case I will seek at a small claims courtIf you are the manager to this company, I would please advise you to utilize the recordings for better quality to your customers and also I suggest you change the two advertisements found on the websiteThe technician was charging me for the service call and lacked professionalism as wellUltimately I fixed my vehicle at a dealership and had a whole different level of service and had to pay more for the mistake of that very technician that was sent out to me on August 21,2017.

Sorry to hear about your experience..After the job was done and you paid 340$ the technichen that made you new key left and everything was working just fine.when you called us to complain you simply ask for a full refund and wouldn't except any other optionWe try work it out with you and explain
you that if there is any problem with key we will send the tech to fix the problem,but you kept refusing then your boyfriend got on the line and start cussing the supervisorwe try to do everything we could to go back there and fix your ASAP problem if anybut kept mention that you only want full refund,unfortunately that not possible after the job is done.in regard of sending anther tech that won't be possible be he's the only tech that dealing this type of keys.if ther is any problem with the key we can come and fix it with no cost.FULL REFUND WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE!settelment for this case will be 10% off from the original bill of340$best regards
On July 7,service express was called to open a locked carI agreed to the charges trusting the worker he would open my car and I'd be able to retrieve my cash and keys from the trunkThe worker had never opened a BMW locked car like that before and he was not able to finish the job or get paid because the money and keys were still locked in the trunkHe opened the car and said pay me I said we can't open or get to the trunk the car shut down electroncally and the trunk is completly lockedThe worker said I opened the car for you now pay meI said the money and keys are locked in the trunk that you cannot openThe worker called the manager and gave me the phone the manager yelled at me to pay the worker but the money and keys were still locked in the trunk that the worker could not openThe San Antonio police came out to the scene and just heard the workers side of the story that I didn't want to pay him because he unlocked the car but couldn't get the trunk opened was

Hello on April I called for a locksmith to come a make a set of car keys for me because my keys had been misplacedThe locksmith came to my house looked at my car and quoted me $349, I told him that I would not require his services because I knew I was being overcharged but he then brought the price down to $I said then that I would be ok with that price and he started to work on the replacement keyWhen the key was done he went to my truck to fit it in the ignition and it would not go in, he tried about times to force the key in when it didn't work he sprayed WDin the ignition cylinderThe key finally went in after a few more try's and some WDand when he tried to turn the key in the ignition I would not turn at all, the locksmith then proceeded to for fully pull on the steering wheel and he grabbed a hammer and started to hit the key into the cylinderBut the steering wheel was locked and it would only unlock if the correct keys was placed in the ignition and I knew
I called for their services and was told it would not cost much more than $and they would be there in 15-minutesA hour later the guy shows up, it takes him minutes to open my door and then he swipes my card and charges $139.00!!! That is a HUGE jump from "not much more than $30.00"I have tried calling the company with no return call to discuss the issue

The door between my living quarters and my garage locked while I was in the garage, around am, Feb2, I drove to the nearest HEB and asked the employee at the Customer Service desk to call a locksmith for me I spoke to the locksmith he called and asked how much releasing the lock would cost When he hesitated I asked "Will it be around $30? $40? Hello I'm sorry for the whole situation,after look into this matter I understand that you called us for unlocking your car,like you probably know in most car have trunk release that work as soon as we get in , in your case we had to go ahead and make you a new key to turn on the ignition or go
through the trunk.after you understand that you had to different on the key you denied the service and tryed to avoid the payment for whatever been done so far which is the lockout fee to get you inside the car , there for we had to call the cups and after the cup understand the job been done he told you pay the tech.ones again im sorry for the incident but it will be no settlement for this job bc it did preform with all the price been told and agreeing by you before the job started best regards
In regard to the Chevy sWhen u first quote it's was for two keys one ignition and one for the door.bc u said u didn't have the funds we gave u the deal of The process of making such key is to run the vin number and get the ORIGINAL cuts FOR THAT CAR from GM SYSTEM which cost us over
90$ to get that code for the cutsafter we verify with u the lock on the door and ignition never been change we run the vin and cut your keysThe keys work on the door with no problem and this is what tell us that there's no problem with the code or the cutsU also told us that the car been seating there for over monthsWhen we put the key the ignition the wayfers was stuck that's the reason the key didn't go inAnd after spray wdto make tham move again the went in with no problem.now like u been explain over and over that what keeping it from moving is that your wheel is stuck all the way to the right side and your tire steel stand straight and that's what prevents the key from turning.The process of trying to release the ignition is by picking and bump key there wasn't any hummring or any work inside the ignition that we could demage If your mechanic said it was a broken ign that's bc it was already broken. Bc of the high cost of this job and the discount amout of 149$ I have no more the 10$ profit at this job.there for the settlement amount will be 5$ that u can get by mail.u can contact our office during business ours to resolve this case
