Itx not true. Does your tech fill out the invoices before he writes the total .no he Does not. He gave me a blank invoice to fill and sign before he started the job. I did not know the difference. It would be different if he asked for my I'd and filled out the invoice. I got the invoice back filled in with the totals. Yes I signed it but there was no totals. I have two people that witnessed it.

Please let it be known that when I called for your company's help, the receptionist said "NOT MUCH MORE THAN THIRTY DOLLARS". If you don't want your business to be called a scam, maybe you shouldn't scam people. Your price quotes of "10+20up" are a joke and a SCAM. Please also let it be known that my keys, purse and wallet were locked in my trunk and I DID NOT pay before his services because I HAD NOTHING TO PAY WITH. He ran my card AFTER unlocking my car (which took not even 3 minutes). We have the call logs of the time I called and the time that the technician called to let me know he was close by. It was in fact close to a hour (probably because the receptionist gave him the wrong address). Also, I would have called you back had I known who was calling me but there was never a message left on my voicemail. I will take your settlement offer because I don't want to waste any more time arguing with your company. I will never use this company again and have urged others not to as well. I really don't like being so rude, but I also didn't like being scammed and lied to. Revdex.com:

I have a statement from my machnic my tires are not turned and the wheel is fine the machnic unlocked the wheel and when we tried the keys they still did not work, I never asked for multiple key o asked for one key to the ignition the technician was the one who decided to make multiple keys, not one did I ask for them. And I did not say the car had been sitting for more than 6 months he never even asked me. So I will not except the 5 dollar refund the technician should have never told me I was going to get a refund, but he said more than once that he would refund my money.

our tech gave you the price and breakdown before doing the job ,you understand,and approve the sell by signing on the invoice and after credit card transaction with your signature on the screen.when you understand that the amount u asking to be refound not going to be option you were making no sense...
by claiming our tools saying that you paid for them,and after that you started Threating the business and curse my manger like crazy!Therefore the settlement amount will be on the trip charge 10$ on the 10 minutes extra that you wait bc traffic.will be send by check to address you provide.best regards!
