Professional, great workmanship, great service and the work was completed on time. I was impressed with the drone they used to take before, during, and after videos that I was able to view from the comfort of my own office rather than climbing up to a roof baked in the Arizona heat. So far, Express Roofing has worked on 3 houses we own and their workmanship is exemplary. I will use them again, soon, for some of our other houses, and I recommend them to our friends and anyone reading this post.

From the very beginning in discussions with Express Roofing LLC I found everyone to be extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. We were provided with a detailed estimate that outlined exactly what they would be doing, how they were going to do it and when it would be completed. Costs were broken down in laymen terms and a separate wood pricing sheet was provided that reflected the cost for molding, fascia and plywood. Their preparation of the pool area was excellent, the existing underlayment was all removed and not left down to be covered over, and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away each day. Rene and Jenna are patient and take their time to explain each and every detail of their process. I highly endorse Express Roofing LLC to anyone in need of a new roof.

I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the accuracy of their scope of work quote. I had a lot of issues with my previous back patio design and they did a fantastic job of taking what I had and engineering a plan to keep cost down but provide a superior design. I solicited many bids for this project and they were clearly the ones to put in the most work pre-planning and giving me multiple design options. Very happy with the outcome, speed of work and price. We got several estimates for our new roof, and Rene and Jenna were the most detail oriented and went above and beyond to give us the best peace of mind about this big and expensive project. These guys are great. I felt really comfortable with how they laid out their work scope, no surprises at all as work progressed. While they worked, the guys were really considerate of my family. In fact, I think that my yard was cleaner after they left then it was before they started work.

We had hoped to get another year or two out of our old tile roof but that didn't happen. We reluctantly started the arduous process of finding someone to replace the old underlayment on our tile roof. We obtained three bids, Express Roofing was in the middle; one bid from a single owner and the other from a large, well known roofing company.

Express Roofing was the second company who provided a bid. We really did not want to sit down to "a dog and pony show" however we learned more from Renee than the other two companies combined. Not only did we feel we learned more from Rene but honestly felt we knew exactly what the finished roof would be like. That was a great comfort!

During the project Rene showed up every day and was ready to answer any questions or address any issues we may have encountered. The pictures, along with a drone video, made us feel as though we were on the roof looking at the work without ever climbing the ladder.

In addition, the other two companies did not mention covering the pool. The pool was covered every morning and the cover removed every night!

When the skylights were replaced, they came in the house and put plastic on the floor to catch any debris. We were already prepared to put our own sheets down when they showed up. Who gives this kind of customer support any more???

We also had a concern about the problem our area has with roof rats. We had paid someone $400 to 'rat proof' our roof but with the new roof that would be negated. Upon mentioning the problem, Rene came up with a resolution.

When one spends as much money as it costs to replace the underlayment on a tile roof, we would strongly recommend that Express Roofing be given an opportunity to bid on the job! You will be glad you did.

Rene, Jenna, and Jeff were amazing to work with right from the start. After having received extremely shoddy workmanship from another, bigger, roofing company, I was very hesitant to put my trust in another one. I can't have been more pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and depth of knowledge. They explained every detail of my project, showed me everything they would do, and promptly answered any questions I had. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job as promised. Any issues I had during the project were taken care of very quickly. I could tell they cared about their work.

About three months ago we had Express repair a chronically leaking tile roof ( as in "fixed" 3 times in 8 years ) . That was three major windstorms ( limbs gone off my trees) and more than 3 inches of rain. about.

No issues at all from the storms.

Not the lowest bid I had but they really knew what all the real root issues were thaat were the cause of the problems ....and how to fix them all !

This is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. They were on time for every appointment and kept us informed of every step of the roof replacement. The pricing was fair and fully explained on the documents. The estimate came only after a full roof inspection. They took pictures and videos by camera and their drone. Each day the area was cleaned of all debris. I would, and have, recommended this great company to family and friends.

The estimator was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that other contractors never mentioned. The proposal was very fair and included extra services that weren't in other proposals I received. They were on time, kept the work area clean, and finished the job in 2.5 days, as they had promised. The quality of work to this layman seemed very high. They were honest about keeping costs down where possible. I would highly recommend them to others.
