My experience with Express Roofing is entirely positive. Rene, Jeff and Ricardo have been totally professional in their dealings with me as a residential customer. Their roofing product is of the highest quality and their explanations of the process of roofing have been accurate and complete. I would recommend their company to anyone looking for high quality roofers.

His men are so hard working and they aim to please. Each morning they were here on time, each evening the job site was left clean. They did a very professional re roofing job. [redacted] did a great job explanning everything that needed to be done on our roof. The job was delivered just as it was promised. His crew was respectful, neat and hard working. I definitely recommend his company to others. Every concern an request was taken care of immediately and was greatly appreciated.

We recently had our 28 year old tile roof redone by Express Roofing. Rene came out to prepare a quote for the job. He later scheduled a time when we could sit down and go over the quote. No other company explained the procedure as clearly as Rene. He very thoroughly went over everything with pictures and explained why things should be done the correct way. He also explained their warranty policy, which no other company even mentioned except for some fine print on the quote.

We decided to use Express Roofing for the job and we were extremely happy with the final results. Jeff (the scheduler) called to schedule the dates for the work to be done, unfortunately it was the only week we have had rain every day for years. Of course the job needed to be reschduler which was done in a very timely manner. Every day the guys cleaned up and made sure everything was secured. The work was completed on time and we are thrilled with the results. Since it was completed we have already had a couple people in the neighborhood want the contact info for Express Roofing.

It looks great and have absolutely no complaints!!!

After spending over six months researching and interviewing roofing companies, I found Express Roofing through someone in my neighborhood. They were very pleased with the job that was done on their house by Express. [redacted] and everyone at the office answered all of my questions and explained the important factors to consider and took the time to educate me on the process. The crew was efficient and cleaned up daily. [redacted] was in touch with me through the entire job. I am satisfied with the finished project and I believe the price was very reasonable compared to several other estimates.

Express Roofing recently tore off my old wood shingle roof, installed new underlayment and a new asphalt shingle roof on my house. Great experience! Rene and his crew were very professional and were able to do the job within a week of quoting me a price. Their quote was right in the middle (not the lowest and not the highest priced) but I was impressed by their level of knowledge and customer care from the start, so I selected them to do the job.

EXPRESS ROOFING went beyond our expectations. From the beginning coming in for a free estimate, with responsible suggestions for the project, however not trying to sell what we didn't need. They came in over the weekend as not to disturb our business, completed the project in a professional manner, keeping us updated at all times, took care of any unexpected items that needed their attention and left our property cleaner than when they arrived. They were always courteous, polite, and friendly. I will ALWAYS recommend this company, they have re-roofed 4 properties that I'm personally connected with and have done an amazing job!

Express roofing was a real gem. They gave me a complete estimate, including possible trouble areas, they completed the job within the estimate. The work was first rate and I was never left in the dark, [redacted] is a first rate roofer. His crew was efficient and cleaned up the work area daily. I can not say enough good things about this company.

We highly recommend Express Roofing. They were thorough in their evaluation of our 30-year-old tile roof; showing us the deteriorated areas that were causing our leak and that would soon cause more. The other 2 companies were not nearly so thorough. Rene took time to discuss the products to be used (eg Express Roofing uses a better than standard underlay), and the mechanics involved (ridgelines, etc.).

Rene, the owner, was on site every morning to discuss that day's work and to review the last day's work. He sets a high standard of workmanship which is reflected in his crew's execution,

The project started on schedule and was delayed only one day because of rain and high winds.

Rene did a final walk through with us upon completion of the project so that we really knew what had been done and why. Our old roof vents were replaced with current standards, the ridgelines were brought up to current standard...at no extra cost to us.

Jeff, the Office Manager, kept us up to date on the schedule and any changes and promptly answered any questions.

At the end of each day's work, the crew cleaned up All debris, nails were gotten up with magnets, and the site was left neat and uncluttered.

Express Roofing replaced my shingle roof and the roof on my patio in April of 2014. [redacted], the owner of the company, and [redacted], his officer manager, were very easy to work with. They kept in touch with me and answered all my questions. I appreciated that the contract was easy to read and that everything that went into the project was explained in detail. The crew showed up on time each day and worked very hard until the job was finished. The whole project lasted about two and a half days. I am very pleased with the result and will be recommending Express Roofing to my family and friends.
