I purchased a custom stained glass window from Karen in Jan 2016. The window had a lead time of approx 6 weeks. At about 7 weeks post order, I requested an update on shipping schedule and was told one more week and it would be shipped ([redacted]. Communication was very poor and five weeks later I was still being told that the hold up was on the [redacted] side of the equation though no tracking info was ever provided and there were numerous conflicting explanations as to where my glass was and why it had not arrived. At approximately 6 weeks after the original request for shipment information my glass arrived, damaged, and had to be returned for repair (which required additional packaging protection and recrating by myself). I was told that the glass would ship both ways, 2day service and could be repaired in one day, hence I would have the piece back in a week). It took 3 weeks and numerous requests for undates (and sadly threats to pursue a refund) to receive my piece of glass. Once again, the only communication received came when I insisted. I finally have the piece that I ordered but my experience with Karen was cumbersome and unpleasant. I suspect she does nice work but unfortunately her business management is poor and resulted in an overall unsatisfactory experience. Based on this I cannot endorse her business.

My experience with Karen [redacted] began two years ago on [redacted]. I purchased two stained glass windows which I wanted her to change the color of the glass for and ship to me. After much, much time had gone by, I finally received one of them. About 8 months later, I received the other one. both are beautiful, but the waiting and the excuses were NOT
satisfactory and very unprofessional. I then, to my dismay, asked her to custom make a window for me. I paid for this when she said that she would be happy to do so. This purchase was made in August of 2012. As of today.....I do not have that window...have received countless e-mails that it is "on the way", but nothing ever, ever shows up. I have given up on the e-mails, because she does not answer them. I cannot believe a person operates a business this way and is allowed to STAY in that business. I am so disappointed in her and in myself for trusting her. I have even offered to go and pick up the window, but no answer or response of any kind comes of this request. Disgusted!

Saying that [redacted] gave her a refund is a false statement as [redacted] assured me that this seller never gave them an ITEM. The Seller refunded my monies because I had contacted me attorney was going to pursue legal claims. Yes, the seller gave me a refund. This seller is a joke and I am sorry that I ever believed her in the first place. She knows what she is doing and it's a shame.
