Please stop calling this a "misunderstanding." It is not a "misunderstanding." Your sales associate "***" outright lied to me in writing, leading me to take half-a-day off of work and come to your dealership I'm attaching a screenshot of the emailHe gives me the price, and I ask him EXPLICITLY if I'd still be eligible for the 0/60% offer with that pricing, and *** replied "Totally!". What part of that is a misunderstanding? Please don't insult me further by saying I am somehow to blame in this misunderstanding, and let's just call it what it is: a lie to get me in the door and waste three hours of a summer Friday afternoon (not to mention the personal time from work)

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and it does not satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***there were 2 vehicles pulled (NOT 1) and I test-drove the XLE with NAV and I even used the NAV on road, the one I drove was started at 5 mile odometer and I went back with miles in odometer but the one I picked up has 6 mileshowever, I've learned a lesson from this incident and learned that this dealership has no honesty and commitment at all!

Hi, That was suppose to be a free item, I was given an offer by the finance woman at time of purchasing lease the offer was if I was to purchase the GAP for $she was going to give me the protection packages free I is the protection package worth $which she is now admitting was put in the Doc Fee spot and added together for $// $for this pkgand $doc fee and $for title preparation = #and the other free package valued #which was the appearance package which that was hidden in the overcharge for the carIf these items were not suppose to be given to me free why the need to try and hide the charges, why not put with the GAP charge of $on the lease agreement where it should be under gross capitalized cost items????? I also have included the copies of the car I was suppose to get and the car they sold me on the swap like mentioned in my original complaintThey have the different MSRP prices with them and pictures of the cars from Expressway Toyota's website and advertisementsI have attached in files with this letterI also have all paper work to back any of these items

All repairs regarding this transaction have been approved and dictated by the Customer's automobile insurance companyAfter someone placed sugar in this customers gas tank, and repairs have been completed per insurance appraisal, we advised customer of the possibility of additional components being damaged prior to repairs being performedAny complaints and or discrepancies of monitory value should be directed to the customers automobile insurance claims adjusterCustomer has paid no monies out of pocketCustomer insurance company has paid all repairs minus customers deductibleAt this point, Expressway is waiting for insurance appraiser to re-inspect vehicle due to additional components damaged as a direct result of this vandalism claimAny complaints against Expressway should be closed and finalAny future concerns or complaints should be directed to the customers automobile insurance claims adjuster

Regards, Apparently the problem been going on way before January they never mention that I have a major oil leak until my car went dead on the highway with my children with me in the back seatsThat's when I called and made appointment the next day January

Mr*** came in on 1-7-with concern of vehicle shutting downUpon inspection of vehicle and engine, technician found that vehicle had a major engine oil leakLeak was reported to customer and informed that two parts needed would have to be ordered for repair and that part
would be in on 1-10-and customer scheduled appointment for Saturday 1-14-Customer asked ASM several times if vehicle will be okay to drive until Saturday 1-14-because he had to work this weekASM informed customer they could not make any guarantees. Customer called on Monday 1-9-asking for rental car and ASM informed him that he could get a rental from *** but we would cover day rental only and he would have to return rental by this evening, 1-10-

I,m responding to the complaint against expressway motorsI went back to expressway motors in the morning on friday may I spoke with the manager for the service department his name is bruceI was told by the manager my car will be repair by the afternoon the same daybut that never happen stated to call me the manger, he have a service advisor call me his name is ***letting me know that my car need a new fuel pump again that my car will be ready by tomorrow fixed on saturday may by the afternoon, so, *** call me again in the afternoon on that day asking me permission and I said to him yes take my car no problem that he was going to use my car for the weekend to ride and test my caron monday, may *** call me around 7:50am and left a voicemail letting me know that my car still with the same problem by the afternoon on the same day *** call me again around 1:30pm I did answer the call he told me that my car need it a new gas thank, but he need to call first my Insurance Automobile to approvedmy car still on the shop since wednesday April to till dayI lost my job lost timei have a leasing contract for that car and i'll pay monthly for this month I don't know how I going to pay the car went I lost my job I have no money to pay for payments due for this lostMy wife and myself we went to the department of transitional of welfare to ask for money to pay the rent for my family and food stamps we can feeded my kids I have chirldrens 10, 8, and years oldi don't know what to do right now

When a vehicle comes in for service, that determines where we work on a vehicleIf a vehicle does not come in for engine work, we do not inspect the engineIn the months of when engine service was performed on this vehicle, this leak could happen at any timeThis was explained to the customer when they were at dealership on 1-7-

Customer's Insurance company is aware of damages and submitted their estimate for repair to be done and approved per Insurance AppraiserAll payments are per Insurance Company's discretionNo monies have come for this Customer's pocket

Hi, I don’t know what happened to my response sent on 3/24/17, maybe it didn’t get sent when I thought it did ??? But I do not accept Expressways response on meetingI mean I tried that several times all ready with getting no whereI went thru the Attorney Generals office with this case that could not get settledIt was always the same response she signed the papersAgain It was my first time leasing a vehicle and my lack of knowledge should not give them the right to take total advantage of me by swapping models of the *** and leasing me the lower end model LE and then charge me for a higher end model XLE which was the model I wanted and thought I was receivingPlease keep this case alive as I will respond again immediately next time and be more careful, Thank you , *** ***

We’re talking about a non-functional [redacted] cell phone system.Did you do an inspection/diagnostic test on the HandsFree system? If so you should have a report on this.This report would tell us if the system was working whenyou did the inspection and then somehow stopped working between then and when Ipurchased the car. Or it could tell us that the system wasn’t working and I wasnever told but instead misled to believe that it did.If this inspection/diagnostic report exists for the HandsFree system, please provide me with a notarized copy of it and I will have areputable Acura dealer review the report.Please remember that the only issue is thenon-functioning [redacted] cell phone system.

As stated in a previous response, "Initial documented complaint that was signed, was on a Check Engine Light on" we scanned the engine for that code, you then added a slight noise when your ASM [redacted] contacted you with the codes. That slight noise was in the rear of vehicle, 2 bolts were tightened and it stopped the slight noise. We made necessary repairs which causing the check engine lamp to illuminate. When you left the dealership, you came back in and that is when a noise from the front was heard. As the Service Manager and your Service Adviser explained, this noise is from the internal works of your engine. To diagnose that noise would require the engine to be taken apart. This is the reason it is advised for a replacement engine. Service Manager offered to apply money spent on repair to be applied to the future repair of an engine or assist with trade on another vehicle.   Expressway Toyota is requesting this case be closed.  Thank you.

Please add your rejection comments below. While it is true that numerous attempts were made to pairmy phone with the [redacted] most of those attempts were made pushing thetalk button for the navigation system. This button has nothing to do with thephone.When the [redacted] button was pressed, nothinghappened. When the salesman and sales manager were unable to pair the phone,the sales manager decided that the problem was my phone. The owner’s manual,under Setting Up The System says “To set up the system, do this: Press andrelease the talk button. After the beep, say “System.” When you press the talk buttonin this car, there is no beep.Under the [redacted] tab on the information screenthe message “Booting Up” appears. It never changes from this.There is an [redacted] website, [redacted].com. On the FAQSpage there is a list of questions and answers about the system. Both of theseissues are there. These two questions and answers were copied from that page.If I am having issues with my vehicle responding andmy screen says "booting up" what does this mean? There is a concern with the [redacted]®system in which communication has stopped at a point and has frozen. Thisconcern needs to be diagnosed by an authorized [redacted] dealership todetermine the root cause of the failure. When I’m pressing the [redacted]® talkbutton, there is no beep heard and the system does not respond verbally at all.What is happening? There is a concern with the [redacted]®system in which communication has broken and the [redacted]® talkbutton is not energizing the [redacted]® unit or microphoneaccordingly. This concern needs to be diagnosed by an authorized [redacted]dealership to determine the root cause of the failure. This website also lists my phone as compatible withmost features of the system.I'm not sure what is meant by technology issues. The system does not react the way it is supposed to. It is not my phone but the system itself.
