On The Expressway Scratch ticket, does have the customer come in for their prize, but noted on the second page at the very bottom, it reads "While supplies last". Unfortunately, when customer arrived, the supplies were no longer available.

Which the engine light came back on as soon as I drove it out of the dealer. When [redacted] called me I asked her before repairs were to be done to please check engine noise it is not my fault that you guys write for issue that has engine light. When I made an appointment for the noise and engine lights turned on I would care less about an engine lights on as long it was driveable it was the noise that was my concerned and your mechanics decided to do whatever as long as you get payed. I understand that parts can't be taking apart after done but the amount of money I payed a mechanic to then tell  me that internal engine is bad was ridiculous. And to tell me after if you buy the engine we will put the money tords an engine or a car trade because you guys didn't catch before. Now my question is do you think is worth me putting a used engine that you guys said was going to cost 5400 and who knows how much the labor was going to be on a 2008 [redacted] that probably the book value was less then the total it self. So there for the offer was not worth it so thanks but no thanks . I will tell you this I will never recommend anyone to go to this dealer for service or to buy especially if is a women going in to repair because a women like me will want car be repair and pay whatever it is for repair but it seems like I would of had to pay thousands before one of your mechanic figure out the problem to a car. Very very unsatisfied with the service that you offer as mechanic and business wise.

Ms. [redacted],  When your vehicle came in on Monday, we addressed the concern of the Check Engine Light and a slight noise. . The diagnosis was to replace the Spark plugs and Engine Coil, there was a slight noise present in the rear of your vehicle. We tightened bolts in the rear and the...

noise was no longer present. Upon pick up, there was no noise, Shortly after you picked up the vehicle, you returned about a noise in the front and the vehicle was parked until Monday. On Monday the engine noise was confirmed. After addressing and diagnosing your concern for that noise, it was determined your engine needed to be replaced. As your Service Adviser, [redacted] discussed, we are willing to apply the $789.00 towards the engine replacement.

Customer came in and drove a 2015 [redacted] without Navigation. We had only 1 [redacted] with Nav on the lot that day and our Key Track System shows us that the key for that specific unit with Nav was not checked out to be shown or driven. Customer saw the Entune and assumed it had Nav but never asked...

salesperson if it actually had Navigation. Customer was sold the unit they test drove.

Vehicle passed diagnostics without any electrical issues. State requires vehicle to pass safety inspection which we have fulfilled and obligated to pass.

Mr. [redacted], I have sat with the Sales Manager and we apologize for the error our employee made. We went over the full emails and found where you have stated the one word of "still" and he answered "Totally". We deeply apologize for this error.  Unfortunately, [redacted] will not allow any dealership to offer the Manufacturer Rebate and the 0% interest under any circumstances. The Manager at the internet sales department is completely willing to work with you on making sure you receive the best deal whether it will be here at Expressway Toyota or any other competitor dealership. Several attempts had been made to pair devices. After not being able to pair phone to vehicle, it is due to technology not allowing this to be done.  All safety issues required by Massachusetts State law have been met.

I did say that I had an engine noise as you see on the attachment it claims that customer claims it has a noise on the following date March 11 2017 when the car was dropped off to be diagnosed. So there for business is not giving accurate information. My car was diagnosed and when I was called  they told me the issue was spark plugs and the coil and I asked does that pertain to the noise that was making. I was told yes it can be because it can shake the engine so I said go ahead and do the service.  I would never have these things done on engine if in the long run I was gonna be giving a diagnosis that I have an internal engine problem it wouldn't made any sense if the engine was no good.

Don't companies that hold contests such as this obligated to reveal the names of prize winners?]

The [redacted] XLE  for $29,250.00 is the one I was suppose to get. Not the LE for $26,740.00 which you leased me and still charged me for the price for the XLE which I didn't get. That was all done by Expressway to scam me when I was waiting and then told I was going to get another white [redacted] because the XLE had a dent in the bumper little did I know I was being taken advantage. Expressway needs to make this right. Not only was I beaten for the price of the cars for $2510.00 but I also had to pay a lot more for Rental fee on the lease agreement and other increased dollars on the contract because of the inflated price but I am only asking fairly for the difference of the 2 [redacted] models. I believe I should be credited this difference so we can be done with this. I am not wasting any more of  my time going back and forth I have all ready done that.

FYI since the time of my last oil change I came in twice complaining of engine problems which I noticed one day after you guys had charge me close to $800 for service (next day I had light flashing on dashboard). I missed a day of work because of that. And instead of giving me a rental to get to work you guys had to charge me for one. You mentioned that if you don't get an engine complaint  you don't bother but know that when I come in for an oil change you guys always claimed that you look at the overall condition of the car and that's the reason I thought coming in and pay you so much money when I coulda had the work done half the price elsewhere was worth it.P.S. I will not rest on this case until you guys claim responsibility of my car being shut down on a major highway with my 13,7and 4 year old in the back seat. I will get [redacted] news, [redacted] the [redacted] my lawyer if I have to.

The conversation then went to "Am I eligible for the 0% interest rate and he stated "Totally!"  Here is where the misunderstanding comes in, during this time, at no time was it asked or stated that you are eligible to receive both offers.
