[redacted] was automatically towed to this shop in January after I got in an accidentI admitted my car to their collision shop so they can send my insurance an estimate of the damages Since I didn't know how long my car would be at their shop, I decided to go and get all of my personal items out of my carWhen I went to pick up my personal items, the collision manager [redacted] laughed at me and said "honey, you can leave your things in your carIt's safe here...we keep the cars locked and we have cameras everywhere" I politely told him I just wanted my stuff since I have no ETA for when i'd get my car backUnfortunately, I emptied out my car but forgot to grab my $pair of [redacted] from the sunglass compartment at the top near the rearview mirror which I didn't realize until I got homeI figured, no big deal...i'll get my sunglasses the next time I get a chance to go out to the shop (they were far from me) On my next visit to the shop, I aske

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10654137, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The response provided by Expro Collision is completely inaccurate I did not visit Expro Collision on 4/30/at anytime I received a phone call on 4/30/from Fab at Expro to advise me that my car was repaired but they were waiting for a check for the supplement repairs as well for the rental Prior to this conversation I was constantly told not to worry about anything that they were taking care of everything and that is what I didOnce I received that call on 4/30/and was advised that the car would not be released to the registered owner until all payment were received then I decided to call [redacted] insurance my selfI left several messages for the claim adjuster and his supervisor and after not receiving any calls back I filed a complaint with the board of insuranceFab advised me that payment needed to be received or I would be responsible for any monies due From my understanding [redacted] contacted Expro and advised them that they would provide a check for the supplement repairs and only days of rental because that is that amount of time they felt was needed to repair the car I do not know or understand why it took Expro days to repair my vehicle and get in contact with the insurance companyAs for the first repair check that was mailed to the fiance company by me, that check was mailed to the fiance company on 5/17/two days after I received it from [redacted] I have contacted the finance company to confirm what date they received the repair check that I mailed themFab with Expro called me on a daily basis from 4/30/to check if I was making the payment for the monies due or if I had been able to speak someone at [redacted] I advised her that I spoke to Chris at [redacted] and he advised me that Expro had not requested a supplement check until 4/27/and that they mailed the check and were only paying $for the rental On 5/i received a call from a rep at Expro advising me that the rental car needed to be return no later then 5/18/ They also advised me that my car would not be released to me or the registered owner until payment was received for the rest of the balance I very clear explained to the rep that I had been basically scammed into thinking that the car was a loaner and now all of a sudden it was a rental and my responsibility When I originally got the loaner I was givien a copy of the agreement showing that I had taken the car and nothing would be due on it On 5/18/when the car returned I was given a copy of the same document I was originally given except the document had been altered and you could clearly see where the document was whited outI have attached both copies to this response Expro is using their tow truck drivers to pressure customers who were in accidents and injuried to bring them cars to repair and then trying to scam those same customers for moneyI also received an invoice from Expro on 6/1/for $for repairs and other fees for my car that was repaired by them but they had already received payment for all repairs from [redacted] Regards, Ana Dunbar

I was involved in an accident and decided to the Expro Auto Collision and Repair service and repair my vehicleThey offered me a rental car to drive while my vehicle was being repairedAt the time I gave my debit card information and signed an agreement stating that if I inquired any tickets and toll fees etcI would be responsible and my debit card would be chargedI picked up my vehicle a couple of weeks and returned the rental to the repair shopOn Monday, July 18th I received a voicemail call from [redacted] at the repair shop stating that they had received a letter and I parked in a tow away zone and they would be charging my card $I returned the call while on a quick break at work and spoke to [redacted] about the charges and when she gave me the details of the violation (the date and place of the tow away zone) I told her that could not have been possible because I never parked in a tow away zone while driving the vehicle because if I had the car would have been towed aw

do not let the tow truck take your car to this placei would give these guys a zero star if possible, service manager geovanni [redacted] lied to me saying he would give me a car from them at no cost but I had to wait until the next dayit was a complete lie, when I tried to call them the next day nobody answer the phone I even left like voice messages but I never received a call backwhen my insurance tried to get the car back, they did not want to release it even though I had already signed the release form just so they could keep it over the weekend and charge $per day just for storageavoid this place, do not believe on their lies

I had my vehicle serviced for four days at Expro earlier in the monthI am very pleased with the service I received from the guys over at the stationThomas was my service coordinator and he and his team made sure that I had everything set up so that I could get over the inconvenience of being without my carHe even informed me of the coverage I could qualify for based on the type of casualty I hadVery happy with the serviceI will recommend without hesitation

On December 3rd I was driving down Memorial when a guy in a *** *** cut in front of meI called *** to file a report and both *** and Expro drivers were on the scene in less than minutesI was worried and upset because I had only had this vehicle for about a month and wanted it to look good as newMy service adviser Amir was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on the repair process and made sure that *** paid for the OEM parts on my vehicleI am happy to say that my vehicle appears as if the accident never happened and runs great as wellThanks again Expro!!

One thing I will point out about this shop is that I felt like I had my own personal service techTomas was on call to answer any questions at any time, which is something that sets them apart from every other shop I've ever been toThe most frustrating part was dealing with the insurance company but Tomas made it as painless as possibleThe receptionists were very friendly and a free rental is offered which is a plus!! If you need work done on your car ask for Tomas!

This was MY first major accident, and it was horrible just dealing with the insurance claims and going back and forthBut Expro definitely kept the light going when it was dark! Best service I have ever dealt with when it comes to a situation like this! They arrived at the accident moments after it happened and towed me to their centerI was eight month pregnant and the driver was so sweet! They knew I had to go get checked at the hospital so they gave us a car for free to borrow while they waited for our insurance adjusterOnce it was decided they were going to allow the car to be fixed instead of totaling it, they let us keep the borrowed car for the remainder of the time it took to fix itThey kept me updated and was always really friendly!
