I received excellent customer service and my vehicle repaired were made in record time

do not let the tow truck take your car to this placei would give these guys a zero star if possible, service manager geovanni *** lied to me saying he would give me a car from them at no cost but I had to wait until the next dayit was a complete lie, when I tried to call them the next day nobody answer the phone I even left like voice messages but I never received a call backwhen my insurance tried to get the car back, they did not want to release it even though I had already signed the release form just so they could keep it over the weekend and charge $per day just for storageavoid this place, do not believe on their lies

** *** *** *** was automatically towed to this shop in January after I got in an accidentI admitted my car to their collision shop so they can send my insurance an estimate of the damages Since I didn't know how long my car would be at their shop, I decided to go and get all of my personal items out of my carWhen I went to pick up my personal items, the collision manager *** laughed at me and said "honey, you can leave your things in your carIt's safe here...we keep the cars locked and we have cameras everywhere" I politely told him I just wanted my stuff since I have no ETA for when i'd get my car backUnfortunately, I emptied out my car but forgot to grab my $pair of *** *** from the sunglass compartment at the top near the rearview mirror which I didn't realize until I got homeI figured, no big deal...i'll get my sunglasses the next time I get a chance to go out to the shop (they were far from me)

I was involved in an accident and decided to the Expro Auto Collision and Repair service and repair my vehicleThey offered me a rental car to drive while my vehicle was being repairedAt the time I gave my debit card information and signed an agreement stating that if I inquired any tickets and toll fees etcI would be responsible and my debit card would be chargedI picked up my vehicle a couple of weeks and returned the rental to the repair shopOn Monday, July 18th I received a voicemail call from *** at the repair shop stating that they had received a letter and I parked in a tow away zone and they would be charging my card $I returned the call while on a quick break at work and spoke to *** about the charges and when she gave me the details of the violation (the date and place of the tow away zone) I told her that could not have been possible because I never parked in a tow away zone while driving the vehicle because if I had the car would have been towed aw

To Customer & Revdex.com Representative:  I have reviewed credit card merchant records and talked to Accounts Receivables Clerk [redacted].  [redacted] did charge Mrs. [redacted] for parking violation. Unlike what Mrs.[redacted] claims to be $95, the charge was done for $20.80 because that was all that...

was available on Mrs.[redacted] account.  The refund for $20.80 was processed 18 minutes later and as a result our merchant services report show $0.00 to customers bank account.  I did call merchant services and they confirmed both transactions, as far as Mrs.[redacted] to have her account credited, our merchant services cannot say because every transaction depends on customers bank.   If after this reply Mrs.[redacted] still claims that her bank account was debited without a refund, we would like to see a proof that it is so. I definitely apologize that this incident has happened as it did.  I do not accuse or claim that Mrs. [redacted] is one of the customers who act this way, but the reason we charged her card before we called her is that large number of customer, if called before processing the charge,  cancel their cards in order to avoid being charged for parking or toll violations that they incur. Due to this fact we charge customers and then notify them of the charges if their vehicle has been already picked up, because we have no other way to collect money due to us.  If their vehicle is still with us and we receive the bill, then customers first notified and then are presented with the bill at the time of vehicle pick up.  Please see copy of the merchant services credit card charge and refund for proof.Thank you, and please do not hesitate to contact me. Natalya [redacted]

I would like for my information account to shredded and/or erased from Expro's records. An email confirming that this is done can be sent to my email address at [redacted] Expro should also be 100% accurate of any and all fees before they charge a customer's account for fees and/or tickets that the customer is NOT responsible for.

Ms. [redacted] was in the facility the day the
adjuster came to approve the supplement, she was very upset because of the
payments not being received for the repairs and rental, unable to reach anyone
at the insurance company, and her car not being released to her.

As of day 1, the car given to Ms. [redacted] was
never a loaner, the insurance company as well as Ms. [redacted] knew it was a
rental and that is why [redacted] and the customer both were willing to pay
Expro.

As Ms. [redacted] stated in her response she was
made aware that she would be responsible for all payments not received by
[redacted] Insurance to pick up her vehicle.

It took Expro 15 business days to repair the
vehicle not 30.
·       
Supplement was requested on 4/21/15. On 4/27/15
we still had not received approval so we called [redacted] insurance again and
refaxed them the supplement which they did receive that day, but [redacted] did
not come out until 4/30/15 which was still a delay of 9 days on [redacted]
insurance.

Ms. [redacted] was given a copy of the rental
agreement in the beginning with no payments on it yet because we had to get the
information from [redacted] Insurance of how much was her daily rate, and when we
gave Ms. [redacted] an updated copy we then had the charges, days, and daily rate
on the rental agreement. When Ms. [redacted] asked for another copy then we had to
update the charges with the correct amount of days so yes the copy had be
whiten out to have the correct amount reflected because this is a manual copy
we use.

As Ms. [redacted] is stating that she received the
check for the first repair on 5/15/15 which was 15 days after the vehicle was
repaired and ready for pick up by Expro, but even if the vehicle would have
been ready in the 11 business days from the estimate then the car could not
have been released due to no payments on the original estimate. This delay is
on [redacted] Insurance not Expro or the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10654137, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
The response provided by Expro Collision is completely inaccurate.  I did not visit Expro Collision on 4/30/15 at anytime.  I received  a phone call on 4/30/15 from Fab at Expro to advise me that my car was repaired but they were waiting for a check for the supplement repairs as well for the rental.  Prior to this conversation I was constantly told not to worry about anything that they were taking care of everything and that is what I did. Once I received that call on 4/30/15 and was advised that the car would not be released to the registered owner until all payment were received then I decided to call [redacted] insurance my self. I left several messages for the claim adjuster and his supervisor and after not receiving any calls back I filed a complaint with the board of insurance. Fab advised me that payment needed to be received or I would be responsible for any monies due.  From my understanding [redacted] contacted Expro and advised them that they would provide a check for the supplement repairs and only 11 days of rental because that is that amount of time they felt was needed to repair the car.  I do not know or understand why it took Expro 30 days to repair my vehicle and get in contact with the insurance company. As for the first repair check that was mailed to the fiance company by me, that check was mailed to the fiance company on 5/17/15 two days after i received it from [redacted]. I have contacted the finance company to confirm what date they received the repair check that I mailed them. Fab with Expro called me on a daily basis from 4/30/15 to check if I was making the payment for the monies due or if I had been able to speak someone at [redacted].  I advised her that I spoke to Chris at [redacted] and he advised me that Expro had not requested a supplement check until 4/27/15 and that they mailed the check and were only paying $165.68 for the rental.  On 5/16 i received a call from a rep at Expro advising me that the rental car needed to be return no later then 5/18/15.  They also advised me that my car would not be released to me or the registered owner until payment was received for the rest of the balance.  I very clear explained to the rep that I had been basically scammed into thinking that the car was a loaner and now all of a sudden it was a rental and my responsibility.  When I originally got the loaner I was givien a copy of the agreement showing that I had taken the car and nothing would be due on it.  On 5/18/15 when the car returned I was given a copy of the same document I was originally given except the document had been altered and you could clearly see where the document was whited out. I have attached both copies to this response.  Expro is using their tow truck drivers to pressure customers who were in accidents and injuried to bring them cars to repair and then trying to scam those same customers for money. I also received an invoice from Expro on 6/1/15 for $2501.55 for repairs and other fees for my car that was repaired by them but they had already received payment for all repairs from [redacted].
