All charges are now refunded in full. Prior to submitting their credit card info, customers are required to take action by checking a box indicating they are adults and have read the terms of the offer.

The customer or someone with their information purchased our trial offer and entered the autoship program on August 30, 2015 through our website extendpethealth.com - The charge was $4.95 which has now been refunded

I have a question. I see the business says they have refunded a full refund including the $4.95 and does that mean they also will refund the $3.11 return product fee? After checking my bank statement I do not see any refunds from them as on yet (8/10/2015 11:20 AM).

I am rejecting this response because:
I was told that I would not get a refund until I returned the product and paid the shipping cost myself to send it back to them. I do not have the free trial product to return. They said once they receive it, they will issue a refund, but not until then. They sent me information to return the product and a RMA number. It states this in the email:After a review of your account we have refunded your charge on the good faith that you will return the product.I would like a refund without returning the free trial product and doing so at my own cost, since I did pay for shipping in the first place. I no longer have the product. My dog would not eat it so I threw it away. After all, it was supposed to have cost only $4.95, not $69.95.
