I am rejecting this response because: While I am appreciative of the refund of $69.95 to my account that will take 3-5 business days, I have just met with my bank regarding $214.00...

in NSF fees that I incurred because this company had the $69.95 on hold in my account, therefore causing other transactions to not clear. So even though I will eventually receive the $69.95, I am going to be responsible for the $214.00 in fees unless This company covers those as well. I would be more than happy to provide the documentation from by bank showing the fees as charged to my account along with an explanation from the bank as to how the fees were incurred and showing they are in direct correlation to the $69.95 being placed on hold in my account. Very, very unhappy.

The [redacted] with the email address [redacted]@gmail.com in our data base has a Michigan address. That [redacted] disputed the charges with her bank, at which time the bank would credit her account $139.90.  I have attached a screen shot of the [redacted] with your email address...
