client was refunded in whole and also offered a discount due to the confusionWe had replied to multiple emails and textsClient was also notified that the part was out of stock and they wanted to wait until the new stock arrived

Client was notified that half the order was not in stock and client agreed to wait for the second half of the order. We multiple times emailed the client about the timeline and was able to ship out the second half of the order. The client has received the complete order in full

complaint from you, I emailed the client and refunded them 100% of their order I am sorry the customer wasted everyone's time however we have refunded the client in full and consider this matter closed Thank you. ***
