I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. The company continues to be dishonest about its response to my complaint. I emailed [redacted] directly, left two voicemail messages, and emailed the main company inbox, all without reply.

client was refunded in whole and also offered a discount due to the confusion. We had replied to multiple emails and texts. Client was also notified that the part was out of stock and they wanted to wait until the new stock arrived.

As I told [redacted], the issue was resolved with the client.  The client never attempted to contact us, only file a complaint with you and the attorney general.  After I received the complaint from you, I emailed the client and refunded them 100% of their order.  
I am sorry the customer wasted everyone's time however we have refunded the client in full and consider this matter closed.

Review: I ordered a seat extender on April 21, 2015 on the company's website. In a separate email message, a company representative said the item was in stock. Over 60 days have passed, and the item has still not arrived. The company has not provided an update or reason for the delay, and does not respond to my emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

Review: I ordered seat brackets for both my driver side and passenger seat for my 2010 Honda Odyssey per their website.

Transaction Receipt from EXTEND MY SEAT for 479.25 (USD) --- Invoice Number [redacted].

The order was placed on September 29th, 2015.

The brackets they sent me did not look like the ones on their web page.

They did not work per their assembly instructions.

The assembly instructions and the brackets they sent me were for a 2011 to present Honda Odyssey.

I requested a FULL Refund including shipping charges. ($479.25)

After a month of delaying tactics they finally sent me a return shipping label.

I sent the brackets back per their shipping label.

It was received by them on 11/13/2015.

I still have not received my refund or any word from them as to when they will provide me with my refund.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of my purchase --- $479.25.
