Exterior Specialists DFW

on or about the 8 - 9 of Feb we got a call from [redacted], American Best Choice's  new installer, that he was on the way.  He took a bunch of notes about all the problems, did not fix anything and again promised that they were ordering the parts this time.  He had no explanation of why they had not been ordered the last time he came out on in Oct.  I feel we have been very patient, and as far as a letter being sent, we he not seen anything. So we had no idea that we needed to respond, as of now we are in the same place we have always been.  They have promised that windows and screens have been ordered, still not sure what they are doing about the poor caulking job.  The front storm door on the left size does not open correctly.  If you could forward that copy of the letter I would appreciate it.   Thanks again for your help
