or about February 25, 2015, and received Ms***’s payment on or about June
17, 2015.Since that time,
we shipped a second shipment of the Arthritis Pain Relief Cream to Ms
*** on or about June 26, 2015, and included an invoice along with it
Ms*** states that she returned this shipment (although we never
received it back), and this shipment is the subject of her complaint.Customer satisfaction is our number one goalSo upon

$balance, removed her name and address from our mailing list, and flagged Ms
