This is not accurate at allThe customer was shown pictures of how the truck was going to look and wanted the same backspace that was in the pictureWe performed the work and installed the products on the customers vehicleThe customer saw his vehicle, paid for the products and left without saying a thingThe customer then came back in about days later and wanted us to do somethingWe explained that the products were now used and there was nothing we could do about itThe customer had every opportunity to say something before he paid, before he left or even shortly after he leftHe decided not toHad any of those things happened, we would have been able to work with himWe're still willing to work with the customer, we just aren't going to give him a refund after he used the products that he paid for and left with

We explained to the customer that we would not be able to take the damaged wheels back because they didn't note the damages when the wheels arrivedHowever, the customer explained that his wife had signed for them because he wasn't there and she didn't knowOur terms and conditions are very clear that when you sign for the products, you are signing that they are being received in good conditionHowever, we worked with this customer and ended up giving him the $worth of wheels at no cost to him plus we paid for all the shipping that was involvedWe will not be issuing him a refund for the mounting and balancing because we shouldn't have even took the damaged wheels back in the first placeHowever, we did that because we wanted to take care of him

***,We ship out thousands of wheels and tires per month and with that much volume we do run into issues here and there and we take care of those issues out of our pocketI have reviewed all the information and we will not issue you a cash refund of any sort for a few reasonsYou JUST now stated that you could have bought the chrome wheels from another dealer (" I could have gone to another dealer for the chrome that I wanted in the first place.")We specifically told you that we didn't have the wheels in stock and that the exact same wheel was available in a polished finishYou decided to give the polished wheels a try through us and not go through the other dealer and get "what you wanted"If we shipped something wrong or there was an error on our end, we would 100% take care of issues like thatWhen you received them, you didn't like them and we found you a different wheel style, in chrome, and you bought those as wellAt that time you were told that we normally wouldn't take the used wheels back, but we would to help you out and we would waive the restocking feeThose wheels are now used and we can not sell them as newLike I said, we normally don't do that but we will in this caseWe never told you that we would cover the mounting/balancing/shipping when you purchased the second set of wheels and you decided to proceed with the purchaseAfter receiving those wheels and getting them swapped out, you now want money when we clearly told you that we were going to take them back and waive the restocking feeWe don't have to take the wheels you ordered back because they are used and they will just sit hereHowever, we offered that to you to help you out because you didn't like what you orderedWe will still honor that so you can get your money back for those wheels and we'll try to sell them as used

That email message was send before we found out that you didn't note the damages with the delivery driverKeep in mind, we could have said no to even giving you replacement wheelsYou signed for them, not usUnfortunately items get damaged in shipping and that's why we have notes all over that say "INSPECT THE PACKAGE(S) BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM." We aren't crediting anymore money when you/your wife didn't follow the instructions and read what you signed when they were deliveredHad you done that correctly, everything would have been covered by the shipping company that actually damaged the productsWe already covered almost $1,between the shipping and the damaged wheels that we received back

The customer purchased the wheels from us in Septand then contacted us March to let us know the wheels don't fit.On 3/16/we received this message from the customer:--Hello,I wanted to write to you to inform you that the wheels you sold me in fact do not fit on my wife's Chevy EquinoxI had a wonderful time attempting to put these winter wheels on in the dead of cold this winterI'm sure there is nothing you can do at this point but I have some 100% brand new wheels and tires, and a whole lot of time and money wrapped up into these and I've got a pile of now...--We explained to the customer that we need to know about fitment issues BEFORE tires are mounted on the wheels and we also needed to know within days of the purchase date so that we could have tried to get everything coveredWe asked the customer to provide proof (pictures) that the wheels don't fit as wellThat way would could try to see if the manufacturer could cover the shipping and possibly take the used (because they were mounted) wheels back ever after the allowed timeWe didn't receive that info from the customerWe then said that we wouldn't be able to take them backEven if he attempted to contact us in the winter (when he stated in the message he tried to use them) we might have been able to do somethingWe received no contact from the customer until months later and because of that, the only thing that we can do is offer raw cost on a new set of wheelsIf he decides to go with a wheel and tire package we will still mount and balance them for free and we will eat the shipping expense as wellBut we will not be able to take the current ones back because of the time frame and the fact that they already had tires mounted on them

I looked into this issue and I apologize that you are unhappyHowever, as you mentioned, the chrome wheels were on backorder at the time you wanted to order themJake did his job and offered you something similarIn this case, it was the exact same wheel but with a different finishYou decided to give them a tryWhen you called to say that you didn't like the wheels and you wanted something else the chrome ones became availableWe can't offer you a credit because you didn't like the wheels that you decided to tryJake agreed to waive the restocking fee for you if you wanted to ship the wheels backNormally we don't even do that because we can no longer sell the product as "new" because we mounted and balanced them free of charge for youAfter he told you that he was authorized to take them back and waive the restocking fee, this is the response we received(I'm sorry for the language but I wanted the Revdex.com to know exactly what we received from the customer)--Wow you sell me rims that look like st and this is your customer service after month of pissing aroundYou must not be looking for repeat customers if that is what it is then alright then Sent from XFINITY Connect Mobile App--Unfortunately we won't be able to offer any more to the customer than we already haveThe mounting/balancing on the first set was freeWe agreed to take back used wheels AND we agreed to waive the restocking fee

The $bill was for the lift gate service that you requested and we didn't authorize (according to FedEx)You would have had to ask them for that service because that's not included with your free shippingWhat all our customers do is break the package down in the semi and then roll them
off.As for the hardware, according to our system, it was shippedWhat parts (specifically) were you missing?

He is who initially pointed out the damage.Atleast two of the wheel showed signs of being usedThe center cap mounting had ding marks from someone installing and removing the centercaps and scuff marks on mounting surface. The centercaps all came in a separate sealed box and also showed damage.I spent $2,on a set on wheels mounted and balanced. That is not what I received I had to get the tires removed and installed on new rims

The response here is going to be similar to the one that was submitted over eBayThe reason that eBay denied you when you filed a similar claim with them is because you ordered over a year agoWe would need to know within days that the wheel was bent because we've had customers that use the
products, damage them somehow and then claim it was a manufactures defectThe lifetime structural warranty is when there is a crack or something that was caused because there was a defectA bend typically occurs when there was an impact to the wheelYou bought these about months ago and that's the main reason we won't be able to do anythingWe offered to give you a wheel at our raw cost (meaning we wont make anything on it) and that offer is still on the table

Plain and simple I was busy and didn't have time to deal with this Now I do I was told that I needed to speak to the manager regarding this matter on how to move forward and how we could work this out Jake made it well known that he couldn't handle this situation on his own So I wanted to speak to the person who was going to help me resolve the issue - and that person never called, never emailed, never returned my call, never tried to call, etcno communication at all I don't remember a request for pictures but I could still produce pictures of the improper fitment if need be The bottom line is, there was zero communication with the person/people that I allegedly needed to speak to to get this problem solved Why would I follow any instructions of a person who can't help me?

I appreciate that the fee from FedEx has been cleared as that was a big part of my complaint, however they still have not sent me the missing parts to my orderI have stated several times what was missing from the order and they say they need to know what was missing and then they say the parts were shipped and they have a delivery conformationI have requested that delivery conformation on multiple occasions and I have yet to receive it from themI have not had anything delivered from them since the original delivery that was missing the parts

The customer purchased items from us that were listed with a pricing error, $below the priceWe decided to honor this because it wasn't the customers fault and take the loss on itWe didn't have the product in stock and the customer knew there was going to be a delay in shipping because
it was a custom orderFor no reason at all the customer left us a bad review on our Facebook pageWe tried to contact the customer and we never received a responseThe customer decided to get ahold of us when there was an issue with one of the center capsWe told him that the product needed to get drop shipped from the manufacturer and they were going to ship it outWe asked if there was something we could do to get the review removed because we had nothing to do with the order except placing the PO with the manufacturerHe then proceeded to use foul language and get upset with us because his cap wasn't shippedI again told him it wasn't a stocking item and the manufacturer was sent his address the week prior and we were waiting for it to get shippedThe customer then hung up on usWe received verbal confirmation that the cap was shipped and we haven't heard from the customer since
Please understand that any orders that need to get custom drilled from us or the manufacturer will not go out same dayWe will notify you right away if it needs to get special ordered and/or custom drilled

Hi ***! We already sent you (3) new wheels and we covered that at our expense (almost $1,000)Unfortunately, we will not be issuing anymore refunds considering we already went above and beyond on the (3) wheels that were shipped to youAlso, the pics you attached have tires mounted on the wheelsthe (3) new wheels were sent separate without the tires mounted so whoever did the install could have damaged those caps

If (which is very rare) there is ANY damage done to wheels, tires and/or any of the products that we sell we take care of it at our expenseThe reason that we are not covering this wheel for free is because the customer saw the wheels, tires and lift when he picked everything up
and said nothing then and the reason he said nothing then is because there was no damageWe have no way of knowing what happened after he left our shopHe said that he took them to his house and then to a different shopAt anytime during the unloading, transport, re-loading, etc. damage could have occurred. If the Revdex.com and/or any past, current or future customer wants to come to our shop and look at the machines that we use and/or the process in which we complete orders you will see there is no way that our machine caused that damageOur customers come first and we only want to offer them the bestThat's one of the reasons why we invest a lot of time and money into the best equipment so that errors/damage doesn't occur. We also have procedures so that a customer doesn't get a damaged product because we don't want anyone that purchases from us to be unhappy.We will still honor what we offered the customer when he messaged us about the issue.... The cost of the wheel is $and we will only charge him $(which is BELOW our purchase price) and we will dismount, remount and balance the wheel/tire for free

The way that you made it look is that I was dropping the F bomb and I simply said that the wheels look like S--- and I felt like I was getting screwed because I was going to reject and return the order due to poor quality of the polished wheels. Then was told to buy another set of wheels almost $more (that I was ok with) so that the old ones could be returned in the new boxesIf Jake would not have said that side by side you cannot tell them apart there would not be a problemI could have gone to another dealer for the chrome that I wanted in the first placeIt is what it is if you want to make this right then I will pay the $for the remount and balance and you pay for the shipping and full refundI am a very reasonable person and simply could not put the polished wheels on a car that I spent a lot of time and money into they are just poor qualityThank you for taking the time in addressing me comments and if I offended you in any way than I am truly sorry

However, we worked with this customer and ended up giving him the $840 worth of wheels at no cost to him plus we paid for all the shipping that was involved. We will not be issuing him a refund for the mounting and balancing because we shouldn't have even took the damaged wheels back in the first place. However, we did that because we wanted to take care of him.

Normally we don't even do that because we can no longer sell the product as "new" because we mounted and balanced them free of charge for you. After he told you that he was authorized to take them back and waive the restocking fee, this is the response we received. (I'm sorry for the language but I wanted the Revdex.com to know exactly what we received from the customer)--Wow you sell me rims

We explained to you that Fuel has a (1) year finish warranty on the part number you bought. We tried to get the wheels covered under Fuel's warranty for you and they said they would not because the purchase was done over a year ago. We have NO PROBLEM giving you a deal at our cost on brand new...

wheels. However, MHT (Fuel) will not cover the wheels for free. The last time we talked, you said that you were going to sue MHT because of this issue and we recommended that you don't do that because the wheels are clearly out of warranty. We have done everything that we could possibly do after you called us, MHT and now the Revdex.com. We can't just give you free wheels regardless of who you contact about this.
