I am rejecting this response because:My statement that they falsely advertised is correct. They advertised specific shipment times and stock, which the company did not meet, thus capturing my business based solely on my trust and their misdirection. They also failed to notify me of a stock issue in a timely manner and did not come forth with that information willingly; I had to press them for answers to find out my part was out of stock. The also charged my credit card before they even had the parts on hand.These are unethical business practices.Many, many other customers can be found complaining of the same treatment.

We ordered the Barricade Trail Force HD Front Bumper with LED Lights from Extreme Terrain. We liked the looks of the bumper but the lights were not sealed properly and held water. We asked Extreme Terrain to just replace the light bars and they agreed but said the light bars would not be back in stock for 2 weeks. 4 months and 5 phone calls later the light bars have still not been replaced. Customer Service is non-existent, they promise to check on it and call you back but never follow through. This company does not stand behind their products.

requested pictures allowing us to validate the issue with he product.  To date we have sent out a pre-paid [redacted] label for the defective bracket to be shipped back on 5/7 ([redacted] tracking number [redacted]) and have set up an order for a new bracket to be shipped at no charge as soon as the defective bracket unit is returned.

I bought a Jeep best top spring 2016. There was an advertised 100 dollar rebate. I bought the top and mailed my shipping label to the rebate company. About 4 months later I received a message that more info was needed because they couldn't read date on label. I messaged extermeterrain.com about getting another label. So far I haven't heard anything from them. I also tried to contact rebate company and was told by email that a supervisor would get in touch with me. Never happened. I have bought several Jeep parts from extreme terrain.com without issues. I will no longer be using extreme terrain.com or any best top brand parts again. The customer service is very poor. This is very shady business practices in my opinion.
