The picture provided shows a damaged corner of the TV. We can prove that the damage was not caused by Pawn America or any of the Pawn America employees. the TV left the store in the same shape the TV went into the store for pawn. We have a pawnbroker who helped put the item in the car with the customer. He will testify, if needed, to share the care that was given to bringing the TV to the customers car, and the way the customer placed it into the car. We cannot be held responsible for damage done after the item has left our store. If the customer wants to check into seeing if the TV can be fixed - I may be able to help resolve the issue. We try to work with customers to fix items if we can help. Let me know what they decide.

We have spoken to the customer and he is happy with the current product. He was a little embarrassed as the reason the item was not working is he did not sync up the remote with the game system. He stated he was very happy with the service he received and no longer wanted to return the

I sent a separate email to *** to apologize for the issue that happened at the store and stated the Head Coach will be reaching out to him to get a refund and, if he wants, pick out a different game. *** is welcome to stop back into the store and get his refund and pick out a different

The customer completed a pawn transaction at our Duluth location. The customer came into the store to pick up the TV - Which was a very nice and large TV (Curve TV). The customer asked for help to load the TV into his car. Pawnbroker Mario helped load the TV into the customers
car. The customer and Mario carried the TV out to the store. The customer sent a picture of the damage to our corporate office. The damage to the TV would have been noticed by both the customer and our associate at the time of pick up. Since they carried it out to the car - That type of damage would have been seen by both parties. We have video of the transaction in the store and it does not show any damage to the TV. Mario noted that when the customer loaded it into his car - The customer shoved the TV into the back window of the car. He then proceeded to shift his front seat back to hold the TV in place. I personally spoke to Mario and received a complete review of the incident the customer is referencing. If Pawn America would have damaged his TV - We would of absolutely replaced it. We did not damage his TV while in our possession and hence are not obligated to replace it due to the handling of the TV by the customer.

We received your complaint about the item you purchased thru our Ebay Dept I understand you were expecting some items to come with the guitar that were not included once you received it I understand that a complaint was filed with Ebay and that they closed the complaint stating they found no fault with our listing That being said we care about the relationships we have with our customers and always want to take the high road to ensure you are happy with our services You mentioned that the parts you were expecting cost approximately $30, I am willing to pay you $so you can purchase them for your guitar Or if you prefer, you may send the guitar back and receive a full refund Please let me know which option works best for you
