This issue is unresolved for the following reasons: I was told today, April *, 2016, by MrA*** that he received the lenses for the glasses today and therefore it would take an additional week to fill the order When I questioned this response because of the voicemail left by one of his employees stating that the lenses arrived on March **, and the *** tracking confirmation that they were delivered on that date, he indicate that he would not fill the order He never stated to me that the frames were not capable of excepting ophthalmic lenses When I spoke to MrA*** on March **, inquiring about the status of the order he never indicated that the frame was not of ophthalmic lens quality He indicated that the original lens were required in order for him to fulfill the order Had the frames been inadequate to fill the order it seems reasonable that he would have let me know on March **, and not request that I send in the original lensesHe had had the frames in his possession for nearly week by the time we had that conversation. His response states that a refund was issued in the amount of $ I have no record that that amount has been credited to my bank account A total amount of $was made to his company Even if he had credited $back to my account, the order was for pairs of glasses According to the website the first order is at full price and the second order is at half price I sent in two frames in order to get the half price discount The second pair was not filled because he refused to fill it not because of any fault by me That added expense should not be passed on to me Assuming that the sunglasses portion of the order has actually been shipped, based our previous communication I am doubtful that that order will actually be correct After all, if that order was correct why wasn't it shipped weeks ago which would be consistent with the timetable on the website?

Hellol,We have made the eyeglasses over 2 times. The eyeglasses are inspected by a NY Licensed optician. We are willing to exchange them to another type frame.

The frames are clearly inspected by no one based on how crooked all 3 pairs have been.I've already ordered and received frames from another seller, which arrived straight and as-ordered. So attempting a 3rd exchange here (for a different frame type; i.e., a type that I don't want) doesn't do me any good.

Lenses are the Rx Mr Richardson provided and his lenses ARE TRANSITIONS. I personally ordered his lenses and tested his lenses. They are transitions and his Rx.[redacted]NY State licensed Ophthalmic Dispenser.

Hello,This is a very complicated order and we sent the eyeglasses to a speciality company to fabricate the lense. It should be ready this week to ship to the customer.
