cancelation of your account was on December 4, 2015, when you cancelled your
account over our automated voice system. At that time, you had never opted
to speak to a representative to request a refund. Had you done so, we would
have been happy to assist you with a refund.
 
Since the time your account was canceled, you contacted your
credit card company and initiated a chargeback.  Because of the
chargeback, we cannot issue you a credit at this time because you would then
end up getting a credit twice for those purchases.

Review: I saw a ad for a free trail offer of skinlogic face cream and eyetensive cream for the cost of mailing the product. The site did not say that they would charge you $86.95 for the eyetensive cream and $89.95 for the skinlogic face cream in two weeks.Desired Settlement: $ 86.95 for the eyetensive cream$ 89.95 for the skinlogic creamto change their advertisement to a full disclosure of what you are going to be charge

Review: While on my YAHOO page I encountered an ad. When clicking on this ad I was routed to what appeared to be ONE company page "SkinLogic/Eyetensive." I took a snap photo of the ad which stated for a "30-day supply" I would be responsible for the shipping and handling of said items ONLY...to total $7.90. Before I clicked 'submit order' I called a customer service representative to ensure that I understood and clarified everything I believed I was consenting to. During the conversation I asked the following. 1) Is it true that for $7.90 I will be getting these items? Answer was YES. 2) Will there be any additional charges? ANSWER was NO. 3) will there be any recurring charges? Answer was NO. 4) so, for $7.90 I will be getting a 30-day supply of Skin Logic and Eyetensive and that will be all? Answer was YES. I then submitted my order which totaled $7.90 for shipping and handling of both products. There were received on or about August 5, 2015 and on August 7, 2015 I called the 'customer service' to 'thank them' and inquire how much it would cost if I ever wanted to buy 'this stuff' in the future. The representative told me it would be $89 and change for each item. I stated "oh gosh! that is way too expensive for me. She then informed me that I could "keep my 14-day trial samples" for $31.42 each. I exclaimed "What???" No. I paid the shipping and handling and they are my items to keep. She stated no, you need to return the items at your cost or incur an additional charge of $31.42 EACH to keep them. I stated that was ridiculous and a SCAM. I called several times requesting a supervisor and each party stated "I am the highest level you can reach. I am a supervisor." Bottom line. This company is running a scam operation. Now they also allege they are two separate companies. I am furious. My Revdex.com complaint with SkinLogic was filed already. Thank you Revdex.com. God bless you.Desired Settlement: My resolution is simple. If this scandalous company wants there product back I will gladly return UPON RECEIPT OF A RETURN SHIP LABEL. I'm not willing to incur more money than I originally consented to spending.

Review: This company starts you out with a free trial of their product charging you $5.95 for shipping and then turns it into an automatic replenishment program! Nowhere did I sign up for this!

To add to the deception when I received another bottle of the product they didn’t include notice of shipping, a packing slip, an invoice or anything to inform me that I was being charged $92.90 for the product. It just included a post card with a phone number on it. I thought that they had mistakenly sent me another trial one and had always heard that if you didn't order it, it is yours to keep. The only thing included in the envelope with the product was thanking me for my order (which was also in my free trial) and a phone # for if I had any questions.

I finally called and cancelled the “order” after I received another one in the mail yesterday, again with no invoice or packing slip was included to indicate that I had “ordered” it. After calling them today, they will let me return the last one and refund it but will not let me returned the previously sent unopened one for a refund.

I NEVER signed up for this. I have only received one email when I ordered the “free” trial and they never mentioned that I would need to cancel anything! I never received advanced shipping notice on either of the 2nd or 3rd shipment, nor an invoice telling me that I have been charged for them. In other words, they are deceptively shipping out product without informing the customer. I would be happy to forward on the only, and initial, email to you.

Required FieldDesired Settlement: I am happy to return the 2nd shipment that is still in the original envelope for refund since they are letting me return the last one. When I called them they never let me talk to a supervisor.

I just want to return the product that I never ordered and to have it credited back to my credit card.

I would also like them to be less deceptive about the way that they do business and let their "customers" know that they need to call within 14 days of receipt of receiving product that they will need to call or cancel if they don't want to be charged $92 for the item!

Review: On July 31,2015 my browser was directed to an ad that offered a 30-day supply of a product (skin logic and eyetensive) and specified the customer would ONLY be responsible for shipping and handling to total $7.90. $1.95 and $5.95 for a total of $7.90. Prior to submitting order I called customer service to ensure that what the ad was offering was indeed the truth. It was not. This company, which now alleges that they are two separate companies (Skin Logic/Eyetensive) fail to disclose the true nature of the offer...which is a SCAM operation. The consumer remains unaware that once you submit your order, you are required to either return the item or get charged for the item. The company does not state this anywhere on the ad page, the invoice, the shipping invoice or anywhere for the consumer to see. I have printed everything out and assure you that it is not until a customer is charged blindly, which I was spared, that they incur repeated and recurring charges. Thankfully I called on August 7, 2015 and was advised of the SCAM. I immediately called my credit card company and informed them of the scam operation these people are running. They claim that the terms of agreement are there for the consumer to read, however that is a falsehood! There is nothing stated anywhere about anything on the order page, shipping info, for invoice other than the $7.90 charge and the customer service number. Ironically, it is not until you call, cancel and receive an RMA number that you are informed of the truth. This is a true SCAM and they allege that they inform the consumer up front. not true. I would never have agreed to their terms. the items are far too costly. They keep the truth hidden from the consumer until it's too late. I was lucky, I called the 'thank them' and was advised of the truth...still a little too late. I refuse to pay the return ship. They lied. They are a SCAM operation that must be stopped in their tracks. Thanks.Desired Settlement: In addition to being shipped two return ship labels, I ask that the Revdex.com encourage the two companies to place the true nature of the offer in writing clearly on their web page. Ironically, once I realized I was scammed and tried to return to the original web page, I was unable to...is that a SCAM or what??? Review: Received sample from eye tensive and was ever sent or emailed information about the product or the terms or costs.Continued to receive the product and charged to my credit card $92.90 for 1/2 oz of the product for the next three months. I returned two months without opening the package.I opened a resolution through my credit card but to no avail. When I called eyetensive no one could or would discuss the matter until I dropped the dispute.I have no product now and only an outrageous credit card charge for something I never ordered.This company is a sham and how can they charge such unreasonable fees. I ordered by phone and did not check a box telling of the terms. They were notified on February 08, 2015 that I did want their product and I also returned two orders that were unopened. I only opened and used the order that I received in January. I want a refund for the returned orders.

Review: I responded to advertising offering a free trial of Eyetensive by Eyelastic order #[redacted], $5.95 for shipping and handling, and SkinLogic by Dermalogix order # [redacted], $4.95 for shipping and handling, on 11/17/15. My 12/12/15 bank statement showed charges of $86.95 and $89.95 for these products. When I called the number, 877-687-8314, I was told that the trial was for 14 days and that I did not call to cancel in the proper time frame to cancel. I complained that there was no information in the advertising telling me that by accepting the free trial, I was signing up for a monthly program of continued charges, that the items would cost what I was charged, that I had to call to cancel within a given time frame, etc. They said this information was contained in the "terms and conditions" link that I would have had to click on to read. I don't remember seeing anything of the kind on the advertising and am now unable to find the pop up that provided the original advertising to check for this. I went to the order confirmation e-mails I received and there was no information of this kind there. I did a Google search for these companies and found many complaints of the same nature. I have called my bank to block any attempts at future charges, but because I used a debit card, they can not retrieve the currant payments. This may be a serious case of false advertising or at least a case of deceptive advertising. I can not see that these products are making or will make the improvements to my skin that the advertising claimed. I have used the products as instructed, but have stopped and have a good amount remaining. I am willing to return them for a refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund with or without return of the product and I would like them to totally discontinue this advertising.

Review: ordered trial size of company product 10/2/15, received another unwanted order of full amount of product (did not check any box to enroll in automatic shipment program). Called company, spoke to service rep, he was very reluctant to cancel order told me i'd have to ship back product, which was done by US postal service and he would cancel automatic shipments and not charge credit card for 10/20 shipment. Thought issue was resolved until I received another shipment on 11/19/15 with another charge made to my credit card. Called company again and cancelled automatic shipment again.Desired Settlement: refund for both monthly shipments which were not ordered and one was returned to the company.

The first time we heard from you regarding the

cancelation of your account was on December 4, 2015, when you cancelled your

account over our automated voice system. At that time, you had never opted

to speak to a representative to request a refund. Had you done so, we would

have been happy to assist you with a refund.

Since the time your account was canceled, you contacted your

credit card company and initiated a chargeback. Because of the

chargeback, we cannot issue you a credit at this time because you would then

end up getting a credit twice for those purchases.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. However, I found no way to respond directly to the business to refute their claim that December 4 th was the "first time" I contacted their business. I did contact them immediately after getting the first shipment to immediately cancel any so called membership and get a refund for what was charged. I did at that time in October, not December talk to a reporesentative who told me the only way to get a credit on my card was to send back the original containers the products came in!! Which I did and assumed the problem was solved, I was also told my account was closed at that time, which evidently it wasn't I would appreciate if this response would be forwarded to the company so they don't imply that I did not take action until December 4th. I am not surprised by their response however, after noticing how many complaints have been made against this company on your website.

Review: Canceled within 30 minutes of ordering a sample product once I ordered they ordered another product on my account and then attached a 14 day trial with automatic $89.95 + shipping of a monthly supply received cancellation notifications for both products one day later received new shipping orders delivery order.with a fraudulent tracking no. No unwanted product sent so that automatically enroll me into their program of monthly charges.customer service is a fraud,They tell you $4.95 shipping goes to postal service after cancelling.Desired Settlement: Refund my account cancel me out never want to see or hear about Skin Logic again.
