Revdex.com: At this time, I have not been contacted by Eyewearorders.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] I would like to add a minor edit to my complaint in the event that it gets posted On the last sentence: "I paid $for the pair of glasses AND I still have not received them or been notified about the results of the Network Alert as promised or have gotten a refund." I would prefer for it to read: "I paid $for the pair of glasses AND I still have not received them or been notified about the results of the Network Alert as promised nor have I received notification of a refund." I have various credit cards and I am not sure which one I used, but despite that I just want it to read that I have not received notification of a refundThank you for your assistance If there are any questions, please contact me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This business is totally operating fraudulently even though they are an actual business I ordered a pair of sunglasses with my credit card, the order was processed, then I received an email from them telling me the lenses were cracked and there are no more of these specific glasses available
I asked them to refund my money or credit back my account since they do not have the merchandise I had ordered I then received an email from a "Bill" that said at a discount you can pick out another pair of glasses I replied I did not want another pair of glasses I wanted the ones I originally ordered, and since they do not have the merchandise to please credit my account back I never heard from them after that, so I started to get nervous I decided to look the company up on the Revdex.com and they have several complaints against them as well as other very negative customer complaints on other websites
I then contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge since the company could not get me the merchandise I also decided to look up the company's number and found them in Bronx NY I called the number several times at different points in the day I was put on hold for minutes each call and no one came to the phone I used a different phone and finally an irate woman picked up and before I had the chance to introduce myself or say hello, she screamed at me and said "I see you calling here on different lines, we will get to you when we get to you, stop calling here!!!!" Then she hung up on me I could not get the chance to speak or get a live person to talk to on the phone I then realized that something was wrong with the way they are operating business
I called my credit card company back and told them about what happened to me I then emailed this "Bill" guy back from the company and said that I have contacted the fraud department at my credit card company and that I want the charges off of my card Not long after I sent the email to him, I checked the activity on my credit card and saw almost worth of charges to all different hotels, and purchases in the United Kingdom I was sick to my stomach, I then called my credit card company again and had to claim this all as fraud This eyewareorders.com either sold my credit card information or used it themselves They need to be shut down I know it was them because I have not used my card for anything else I was on the phone with my credit card company for hours at end for at least days straight since this happened to me This place is no good and needs to be looked at It makes me sick that people could do something like this and get away with it All you need to do is look at the other similar customer experiences there are out there
I originally had filed a complaint by utilizing the fraud option, however I was told by the Revdex.com that it needs to be filed as a complaint abut a business since they are an actual business
FYI I have the emails as well as all of the phone calls with my credit card company

Review: I placed an order on the [redacted] May 2015 for a pair of women's Oliver Peoples sunglasses. I made payment with my [redacted] card and paid a fee for expedited shipped so the item would arrive in 3-5 business days as they were a birthday gift. I received a confirmation email and assumed everything was ok. The following day I received an email from them stating as I reside in [redacted] they do not accept international credit cards and requested a bank transfer into their account which was done the same day. I heard nothing so I sent them an email asking had payment been received and when the sunglasses would be dispatched; I received a reply saying they would ship in 2 business days, 2 days later I still didn't have a tracking number. I decided to call them but my call was answered by an aggressive rude female who said if 'I didn't stop calling she would report me for harassment'. I then received another email informing me they expected delivery of the glasses by the end of the day and they would be dispatched immediately. Today I have received a email informing me they are on holiday next week so they will not be sent. I made a further telephone call to them this morning and the female just put the receiver down on me, so a sent an email informing them as I was going on vacation on the [redacted] June 2015 for 6 weeks and would not be here to accept the package and I wished to cancel my order. I then received a further email; it contained numerous spelling mistakes and was of a threatening manner. It advised me I was unable to cancel the order as the sunglasses I had ordered were 'of old' stock' which is in fact incorrect and it was unreasonable of me to expect delivery to [redacted] in 3-5 business days. I have made numerous purchases online from the USA and have no problem in them arriving in such a time frame. I then received a further email from them stating I could cancel my order but they would deduct 20% from the total amount I have paid. I asked what their policy was on refunding me my money in full due to them being unable to fulfill my order in the advised time frame as I believe under Federal Law they are obliged to provide this, I am still awaiting a response.Desired Settlement: A refund in full to my bank account along with all local charges.

Review: I read rest of the complaints, and the very similar thing happened to me including an email that I got as well - verbatim. Basically I ordered a pair of frames, they never sent them, I inquired, they offered something else, I declined, also answered negative when I asked if they charged my card, charged my card anyway.

I called to inquire on Saturday, same rude woman that refuses to give a name answers and claims she's only answering service (I spoke to her 3 times so far) and I would have to call on Monday like everyone else. So, I said, I am about to call [redacted] to dispute charges, she hangs up. Calls me 5 minutes later and calls me [redacted].

After I stopped laughing (10 minutes later), I call her back and tell her she needs to stop stealing people's money to buy crack.

The EndDesired Settlement: There is no multiple choice for this, but the best thing would be to go out of business because stealing is not business, it's crime!

Sincerely,

Worst place ever! I ordered a frame online and put a different shipping and billing address, which is very common for online orders. I was called shortly thereafter and was talked to with an extremely rude manner. The lady on the phone was talking to me as if I was trying to run a scam by putting a different shipping and billing address! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Do not order from this place if you're life depending on it. Seriously! I can not believe there are actual companies out there that allow this kind of behavior from their employees. The worst experience I've ever had as a customer, hands down.

This business has terrible and rude customer service. They misrepresent the order processing times. They were deceitful regarding order cancellation procedures and their restocking fees. My credit information was misused immediately after I placed an order on their online system triggering a fraud alert making it very concerning that this business either has poor online information and privacy security or is overtly and fraudently using customer information.

Review: I purchased a pair of eye glasses through their website. The right model was shipped but ultimately, we didn't like the model. We contacted them through their website and explained that we wanted to exchange them for another model. We were simply given a copy of their exchange policy. We looked up their address on their website and sent in the glasses with a note with the model number we wanted instead. After about 10 days, our package came back with a note from the post office that we were missing some info on their address.

I sent them an email explaining the issue & I received an email back telling me that since I didn't follow proper exchange procedures and that I was out of the 14 days return, its was too bad for me. When I told them that I was not happy, they threatened to sue me!!Desired Settlement: Im not sure I want to do business with these bullies.....but if they are willing to get me the other model, fine....if not, full refund!

Sincerely,

Review: On May [redacted], I placed an order on EyeWearOrders.com and received an email confirmation of the order for $199.00.

Within 2 hours, I received a message that the glasses were damaged and they were sourcing a replacement and my card would not be charged until the replacement was found.

24 hours later, I checked my bank account and my card had been charged several times in various amounts from $135.72 to $199.00.

I called their offices and a woman answered, refused to give me her name and stated:

- I must have used an insecure connection to make the purchase because they wouldn't charge multiple times. I relayed that their ecommerce is what handles the security of transactions, not the wireless and she cut me off and said "we'll look into it" - when I asked for her name, she refused to give it. Never asked for my information, my account or what I ordered. Just hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: A refund to my account or I will report fraud to my credit card company.

Thank you.

Review: I purchased a pair sunglasses for this business's website on 12/**/14. I inquired as to the status of my order on 1/*/15, and was told by Customer Service via email that the pair I ordered are no longer available and discontinued. I then requested a full refund to my credit card. I have requested this refund five times via email since 1/*/15, with no response. I have tried calling the 800 number given, and have not reached a live person to speak with.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund in the amount of $158.43. The item I paid for is not available, and has been discontinued per customer service at eyewearorders.com.
