EZ Car Rental

I rent a car from EZ car rental twice within 6 months. First time in July of 2019, I booked a minivan and I got a minivan. When I got back home to ***, found out that they charged me $54 for an upgraded fee that I didn’t get. Called them, they refunded it, I thought it was just a human error. Took another trip to Fort Lauderdale 2/8/2020, booked a midsize SUV RAV4 or similar. Got there, they offered Hyundai Santa Fe. Drop it for a day, one of the tires kept leaking air. Called them, they asked to drive back to *** airport which we were in ***. We did, they gave us a Minivan, we asked if it would be extra cost, agent Nelson said no. Once again, when we got back to ***, I saw they charged us $54 on the day we picked up the Santa Fe. Called customer service, they argued saying we upgraded to a minivan, and offer 20% discount. Told them we need the full refund, he said he need to submit an escalate case and will take 24-48 hours. I never received a call back after 48 hours, I called customer service again. This time, they said I booked midsize SUV and I got a standard SUV, and talked to a supervisor name Margaret ID#***. From what I researched, both RAV4 and Santa Fe are compact sport, and the dimensions are almost identical. This is absolutely unethical, and I strong believe they charge an upgrade fee to every customer hoping they won’t notice it.

I rented a vehicle from the establishment and the vehicle had a lot of damage. We walked around and checked every spot and noted where all the damage was. When I returned the vehicle the owner blamed me for the damage and refused to return my refund. I have a copy of the damage report that we both viewed and now the owner does not want to acknowledge that form. I also noticed once I had the vehicle that the trunk did not close. I immediately reported that to the establishment and asked if they could inform me when another vehicle was available so that I could exchange it since they had already charged me for a 1 week rental. The owner refuses to return my $150 deposit and refuses to acknowledge the form the both her and I used to note damages
