If I could give this company negative stars, I would! Like many others here I placed my order for their special, the Pink + Blue deal for a total with discount for $27.51 on April 9, 2020. I've emailed this company 3 times. I received an email after my second inquiry stating that matters were out of their hands once packages left their facility, and my package was at an post office in Indiana. I was further told to wait longer, be patient and understanding and this was in June. It is July and I still have no package. The strangely renewed tracking number indicates my package is still at a post office in Indiana. So, I guess I'm just screwed. If I had known these brushes were being shipped from China I would have NEVER ordered them! Bad customer service all the way around.

I placed an order with this company 5/2/20. I placed an order for multiple items with this company. I reached out to them via Facebook and email, but keep getting the same response that I haven’t received my order due to the pandemic. I even emailed them recently and have yet to receive a response. I received multiple packages from other companies since then and received all my orders except theirs. This company is refusing to give me a refund after waiting over 2 months now. My tracking hasn’t changed in over 60+ days. This company is a scam, and if I knew it was shipping from China I would have never purchased from this company because majority of the time packages are lost. The website doesn’t state any of this. The website states up to 22 days for shipping due to COVID but it’s been way longer than that. They are refusing to give me a refund and said it is out of their control. They also can’t explain how I received 2 different tracking numbers attached to my order with one showing it was delivered in a different state and the other tracking status hasn’t changed in over 60 days. I have no clue what is true about this company. I have paid money for items I never received and probably won’t receive them.

I have placed a order with them back and in April. I received everything in my package except one comb. The company is refusing to send me the item I paid for. I have emailed several times about this issue.

I purchased the EZ Detangler brush on April 19,2020 and have not received my product. I have contacted the merchant several times to notify them of the issue. There response has been delays due to Covid 19 they have a delay on shipping. They give me a generic website that shows it was shipped to Riverview Fl on May 29, and has not moved. Instead of marking it as lost and issue a refund or resend the product they have now chosen to ignore me and not respond to my emails. I pay them for a product and have still not received any product almost 3 months later. Please help

I've ordered 2 brushes on April 23, 2020 and still waiting on delivery! They contacted me on May 22nd 2020 and said it was on it's way to my local post office. Today June 28th 2020 I still haven't received my product.

The US is currently experiencing delays due to the COVID19 pandemic especially with standard shipping. We are noticing that the local courier (FedEx/USPS) is most likely understaffed and is experiencing significant delays. Most problems arise in the Los Angeles shipping center due to lack of staff and a backlog of orders as they are one of the main shipping hubs in the US.

What we know at the moment is that orders are sent out by state and wait in line with other packages for that specific route to the state.

Unfortunately, these awful delays are not something we could have controlled.

I order my brushes April 2020 and it is now June and still no brushes; for over a month my package has been in my city with no way to locate it and each time I reached out to rep they told me they were working on it. I have mentioned several times to refund my money if they will not send the item and they did just kept requesting patience.

I either want my money back or my actually product in which I paid for

I have purchased some items from their website and I have placed the order in May which was over a month ago and I have reached out to find where my items are. They kept giving me the same tracking number. So I reached out to my local USPS to see if they can find the package and they emailed me saying it was sent back to the sender. I contact them again for a refund and they said since the package is lost, they can’t refund me. I contact them again asking what can they do to help me? No response yet and it has been three day when they automated system says they will contact me within 24-48 hours. I think the customer service is terrible and unprofessional and I just want my money back.

I am rejecting this response because:The address is corrected. I’m not understanding why. The address is not invalid and I purchased from with the same address and I didn’t have a problem until now. I will provide the information about a purchase I made regarding to the address and it was successfully delivered to me. The second attachment shows the two items I ordered and it was delivered to the same address I provided.

After reading many of the reviews, I am glad to know that I was NOT the only one who experienced the same thing. I ordered my brush the end of March. Why in the world did it just come TODAY (6/19/2020)?!?!?! After a few weeks, I reached out to them to check the status. They provided me with a link so I would check the status. After a month of the status not changing, I reached back out to customer service AGAIN!! They would always give me the same lie: IT'S BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC.....IT'S COMING FROM OUT OF THE COUNTRY.....ETC. After waiting 2 months and given the same story every time I called (because they never provided follow-up), I thought...WHY THE HELL IS REALLY GOING ON BECAUSE I HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE ITEMS FROM OTHER PLACES ALSO COMING FROM OUT THE COUNTRY AND I RECEIVED THOSE ITEMS!!!! I then posted a comment on their Facebook page and mentioned that I was going to report them to the Revdex.com. Next thing you know, a week later,,,,,TADAH!!! It arrives today! After waiting almost 3 months, this damn brush better do the brushing without me having to do any work!

I ordered detangler brushes 4/11/20. I contacted the company 5/29/20 because I received a "delivered" e-mail. I was promptly told that was a mistake and I was given a USPS tracking number that has no valuable data. It has had the same info since 5/29 which says that USPS has been waiting to receive it from the shipper since 4/26/20. I contacted the company again 6/12/20 asking if I should get a refund since it's been 60 days (45 business days). The company indicated that the order couldn't be canceled since it has shipped....thanks for my patience....covid delayed shipping. I have been patient. Now I feel taken advantage of and mistreated. I know this item shipped from China. I have seen numerous complaints and the company's response that a problem with orders around my time frame are known and they have filed a complaint with the shipper. Respectfully, this is no longer my problem. Proper customer service practice should prompt them to reship my 3 brushes or refund my money and handle the shipper in their time, not mine.

I ordered a brush from EZ Detangler on April 28th,2020 and have yet to receive it. The website states that it takes 2-5 business days to ship and I’ve been waiting for 7 weeks! They continue to send me junk email about buying products when I still haven’t received the product I have purchased! Please investigate this company because I’m pretty sure they’re scamming everyone. I want my money back and they don’t respond to emails.

I wish I could give negative stars. On April 25, 2020, I placed an order for (two) EZ Detangler Brushes. After about a week after placing the order, the company responded in email with a shipment notification along with a tracking number. By the way, their tracking number is not recognized by any of the major shipping carriers and at the time only went to the EZDetangler’s website where it indicated “no status available.” After giving it about a month after placing the order and still not receiving the product, I reached out to them via their online ticketing support system. After several days, I did not get a response. I then followed up again for status through their ticketing system, requesting a refund and either expressing that I intend to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The company finally responds that the product is coming from China and that it typically takes 22 business days to arrive. Well at the time of their response, the 22 business days had already passed, and still no product and no valid tracking number for the shipment. As of today (now 35 business days), I still have not received the product and when I go to their website (ezdetanglerbrush.com) and attempt to get an update using the tracking number, the status now says “Expired.” I really think this company is very suspect.

I ordered my brush on April 14th and as of June 10th, the package still hasn’t arrived. According to their tracker, the brush has been in NJ since May 27th. I have reached out to their customer service email only to be told that it is delayed and there is nothing they can do about it. Their resolution had been to just keep waiting and eventually it will get delivered. That’s unacceptable. You can’t advertise a product, sell it, and then tel the customer to just keep waiting and hope that it gets to them. That’s not how you run a business.

Ordered on April 27th and never got my brush. I inboxed them on *** and they tried to use COVID19 as an excuse and still ignored my request for a refund. A month and change later, I get an email that my brush was delivered, but where?! The tracking information literally has no addresses on it. Then another email came stating it was in transit. Where?! I went back to contact them on their *** page to find that they blocked me. I dont even want to try the brush anymore. I just want my momey to give to another more professional brush company in New York.

I ordered my item on 3/1/2020 and as of 6/8/2020, I have yet to receive my item. I have contacted them every month asking where my item is and they give me a chinese tracking number as to which I respond to why I have a chinese tracking if they claimed to be a US based company. I Told them that its been a long time and that I want my money back and they stated that once the item is sent it no longer in their hands and a refund is not possible. Had they had stated on their site that the items were coming from China, I wouldnt have purchased it. I have nothing against chinese products but I know that items being chipped from china either take a long time to get here or get lost in the mail. It has now been 3 months since I purchased my item and I want my money back NOW!

I did not receive my order. The USPS disposed the package due to incorrect address and returns not accepted by the manufacturer. My address was correctly listed on the order confirmation and I even received a previous purchase from this company before. EZdetangler will not replace or refund my order and covering it up with policies denying liability for errors made by their shipping company.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS! I order in April and STILL haven’t received anything! They only communicate via email, so you can’t physically TALK to anyone. I emailed them and they keep saying my package is in the destination origin (delivered), but I had not. I want my money back!

I placed my order on April 26th. I was sent an email on April 30th that my order had shipped. There has been ZERO shipping updates since. I reached out to customer service 2 weeks ago and they responded by saying my order is shipping but they have absolutely no way of tracking the shipment then they said they can’t issue a refund because the order has been shipped. Today is June 7th and I still haven’t received the order! There are other sellers with reliable shipping and excellent customer service for this same type of brush, don’t waste your time or money with EZ Detangler brush !!! PS——They filter their comments on social media so that the negative ones don’t show which is why you’ll see that there was over 200 comments on a post but when you click on it, you only see a couple of generic or favorable comments....SCAMMERS!!!!! If I would have seen the negative comments, I would not have purchased from this company

I am rejecting this response because:As of today, it has been 39 BUSINESS DAYS since I placed orders with this company. Per the businesses response, it takes 18-22 BUSINESS DAYS for international shipping. I am in the United States and this company never advertised that they were international. The business address with the Revdex.com and the business social media accounts does not indicate anywhere that this business is international. EZ Detangler is listed as a black owned business in the United States on social media which is false advertisement. I could have easily ordered this exact brush from Amazon and received the products months ago. This generic response to my request for a FULL refund is unacceptable and I completely reject it!

I ordered my brush April 24th.... It still isn’t here. I have reached out to customer service twice. I keep getting an automated message about Covid-19 causing delays, but it is on its way. I was also sent a tracking number of the brush that’s been sitting in a New Jersey warehouse since May 27th! I contacted again to inquire of this and was told that shipping/delivery is out of their hands and they can’t control it. That answer is not posted on their website and if that is the case, I would have purchased the same brush that someone is advertising on Amazon in 3 days. If shipping is out of their control, they need to notify customers so that they can have the option to go through another vendor to receive a product.

Through their social media pages and sites, there have been orders put in in May that have been received in 2 weeks. The item is still sitting in a warehouse in Monroe Township, NJ. It has been there since May 27th. Yes, there was a notice of Covid-19 causing delays when I placed my order, but there was not a time table of how many days it would take. We are currently at 23 business days. There are numerous reports on social media platforms of similar issues with shipping from numerous customers. I would appreciate a refund of my purchase being that it has taken over a month for shipment and there has yet to be any change in the tracking that you sent me in regards to my order.

I am rejecting this response because:I did “return to sender/refuse” the package the next day from receiving it. My mail person said that since it’s unopened that the package could still be refused. I would like to keep this complaint open until the package is received and the refund has been issued. While reading the reviews and complaints on your business, I also so that a common complaint was that items were returned but refunds were not issued to customers. It appears to be a common thread that people go through the proper return process but still don’t receive refunds from your company. Being that the package was “refused” and return to sender, I need assurance that my refund will be given.... I would Luke the complaint to remain in place until the matter is completely resolved.
