I ordered this product on April 8 and there was no movement on it. I contacted the company on April 20th and they gave me a new separate tracking order they said it was shipped on April 14th but USPS site said the shipping label was created. There have been no updates on the tracking via USPS. I waited a few days and contacted them on the 22nd of April and asked for a refund. I have emailed several times requesting a refund, They would not issue one. It has been over a month and they have not shipped my product.

The US is currently experiencing delays due to the COVID19 pandemic especially with standard shipping.

We are noticing that the local courier (FedEx/USPS) is most likely understaffed and is experiencing significant delays.

Most problems arise in the Los Angeles shipping center due to lack of staff and a backlog of orders as they are one of the main shipping hubs in the US.

Especially with Free Standard Shipping.

What we know at the moment is that orders are sent out by state and wait in line with other packages for that specific route to the state.

Unfortunately, these awful delays are not something we could have controlled.

We are assuring you that we are closely monitoring your order.

We definitely understand how annoying it must be to keep waiting for your order.

I ordered an EZDetangler brush from the EZDetangler company on April 18, 2020. With tracking, it shows that the product has been stuck in New York since May 6, 2020. The company does not have a phone number for a customer to call customer service. The company requests customers to email them. However, after sending several emails, the company never responds back. On May 12, 2020, I direct messaged the company on Instagram with someone responding that they will take my complaint (of not receiving my merchandise) to customer support. It was a few hours later that customer support from the company emailed me with telling me what I already knew in regards to my package being stuck in New York since May 6, 2020. I really desire a REFUND of my payment card at this time. I sent the company another email and an Instagram message today requesting a refund. This company is very unprofessional.

I am rejecting this response because: This has been a long and painful process. I am requesting a refund at this point regardless of if the product arrives. At this point, I am hesitant to really think that it will arrive. I think that as a customer, I deserve a refund at this point.

I ordered a product from them over a month ago. I have reached out several times via email and direct messaging on Instagram to request a refund and they have ignored my request. My package is currently sitting in Texas for over a week now and I have never had any delivery issues from any company event with the virus going on. I just want my refund and for them to receive a rating on the Revdex.com so people know not to buy from them.

I ordered a brush on April 17, 2020. I have not received my brush and it will be May 17th in a couple of days. This company only communicates through email. I have been getting the run around and going back and forth about my order that I have yet to receive. I requested a refund and I haven't heard anything back other than we've received your request. People like this need to be shut down and charged for scamming people. This is unacceptable. If you can't provide me/people with their order than a full refund should be given without hassle. This is beyond ridiculous and I am pissed.

I ordered the EZ Detangler Brush on April 15, 2020 using my Paypal MasterCard for the amount of $14.21. The transaction was processed & I have been waiting since then for updates on tracking info. The info provided was not accurate. The tracking number I received did not look right. I tried to enter it my USPS tracker & it would not track my package. Every time I would send an email to the company, they would respond with the same email stating “we’re on it, we’ll send in a ticket”. After that, I will receive another bogus tracker number & it only shows up in their system nowhere else & the reviews are negative for that tracking ID. It should not take that long to receive a brush. I’ve ordered numerous items from other companies online since COVID & have received them with no issues. I have no other way of contacting this company & would like a refund.

If I could give it no star I could! It’s been a month going in two now and my package is still not here!

Too bad I can't leave zero stars. I have yet to receive my order. I ordered well over a month ago. The tracking information they provided doesn't work. Their customer service is unresponsive. I've sent customer inquiries multiple times and no one has responded. I don't care about the money lost I care about the fact that no other customers fall into their trap. Horrible customer service. Horrible business practices. Please do not do business with these guys. Order the product from amazon.

I received an email Thursday May 7,2020 at 11:11pm saying my package was delivered. I go outside and it's not there. I go in to check my tracking # and see what the problem is. The package went to WOODBURY NJ where my address is to a whole different part of NJ. MONROE Township NJ to be exact. I never even heard of monroe township. Why is my package there? I have my correct address as the shipping address. So , I am confused why it's not here. My money was taken and I don't have the product. I ordered 2 brushes and at this point I want a refund. I have emailed this company twice and I get no reply which is very unprofessional. This is my only resort since I can't get in contact with anyone.

I ordered a product on April 12 and it is now May 6 and I still have not received my product. I have contacted the customer service several times and was told that my item is on its way. I ordered two brushes. Never received them. They gave me a very polite runaround then sent me a tracker stating it had been delivered. I checked with *** but they said they also had delivered. I contacted them again and they said there was nothing more they could do (no refund or another send). So I'm out my money and no product.

It’s been shy 2 days from my order placed and yet to receive anything or communication back. They said it was shipped but tracking number is not real then said it was being packaged. Then it was being processed and now it is back to shipped last week with nothing not even a tracking number and no product. Just my money taken. They continue to erase all of us complaining and asking questions on their social media who have yet to receive product from weeks to back up into March. It’s just been lies and then still promoting it ships in 2-3 days for their product but yet I have not received anything.

I order my brush from EzDetangler around the first of april. Before ordering I had choices between amazon, ebay and other sites based that they all were not fully disclosing where they would come especially during the covid-19 pandemic I chose EzDetangler’s site. It stated “ we are a local company in Portland, Oregon”. Which was false it is now the first of May and still not package no tracking nothing. So I wrote to the support team and was claimed from two American named reps they “ accidentally” lost my package in the mail. Sending me a new tracking number with the name Yun and having a +86 phone number it has come to my knowledge my package is coming from China which was falsely portrayed in their misleading site, and they did not offer anything for what happened to me. I am more frustrated they are lying and are drop shipping their products from china.

We're truly sorry for the long wait you had to endure. Covid 19 had a huge effect to our shipping timeframe in the past couple of months, hence we made sure that our customers are informed about the delays via social media, on the product page itself and in our shipping policies. We've went through the worse and the pandemic had been a huge challenge to our business. But the good news is, our papers we're just approved on the 2nd week of May, and we have finally opened our warehouse in Wisconsin. We're now shipping locally with a timeframe of 3-5 business days once dispatched.

Never received my brushes. Instead I received a gaming sweatshirt. I contacted customer service multiple times to let them know they messed up my order and they just have me the run around. They said they would contact me about it and I never heard from them again.

I ordered the product, which, for some reason, was shipped from China when the business is in Oregon? The product was delivered to the wrong mailbox by the ***, therefore, I never received my product. I reached out to customer service to see what could be done, and their response was sorry, you're out $16.95. Nothing we can do. Really?? So I have no product and no money. I either want a refund or I want my product.
