Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I appreciate the response and the courtesy they are showing by waiving the fees.  I still have a few questions - I'm hoping I'll be able to receive some answers when I call this afternoon.  The question has to do with the account #'s.  I have one EZ Pass box.  I'm just curious to know why I have four different EZPass accounts.  My concern is the fact that there are two "[redacted]"'s that live in Cape May County, NJ.  I've received several of the other [redacted]'s bills, violations etc.  I'm not denying the charges - I would just like to confirm that they are all mine.  Again, hopefully that is something I will be able to discuss with the customer service rep that I spoke to this afternoon.
Regards,

We are in receipt of complaint [redacted] for [redacted]. Per research on the account we see that [redacted] was approved for credit in the amount of $28.75, but only $26.00 was applied to her account. As of 9/24/14 per conversation with Ms.[redacted], her account was credited the remaining $2.75. Also,...

we will like to advise Ms. [redacted] we do not have anything in place to watch tailgaters in the toll lanes. Each state runs their E-ZPass system differently. This is why we advise our customers to view their statements for any discrepancies. We would like to apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused. If Ms. [redacted] has anymore questions or concerns she can call our customer service center at ###-###-####

We are in receipt of complaint [redacted] for [redacted]. Per conversation with Ms. [redacted] we will submit paperwork for a refund in the amount of $250.00 leaving a balance of $96.70. Also, we have submitted a dispute to PANY&NJ for the toll transactions that Ms. [redacted] believes she was...

over-charged for. Ms. [redacted] informed us that she in the process of returning the E-ZPass devices so that her E-ZPass account can be closed. One week after we receive the devices we will refund the remaining balance which will included any credits approved by PANY&NJ to the Ms. [redacted]’s credit card on file. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that this issue has caused to Ms. [redacted].

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:After reviewing this response it is impossible that I would be passing through the [redacted] for any of these violations is correlation with the times that are mentioned in the notice as I would be traveling South and not north on the Parkway. Since reaching out to the Revdex.com I have received another violation for a date where I did not pass through the  [redacted]. I would like to see time and date stamped photos from the cameras as I have no trust in the pictures being sent to me. When passing through the [redacted] going but the Essex  north I utilized lane 5 which is a pay lane. I would like for EZ Pass to look into this matter further and present more concrete proof as their is no way that these violations are possible.

We are in receipt of the complaint # [redacted] from [redacted]. After researching the transaction in questions, are finding are as follows;·         The E-Z Pass device used, [redacted] belongs to an account that was closed due to non-payment on...

We are in receipt of complaint [redacted] for [redacted]. In our Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.ezpassnj.com we advise our customers:“Replenishment: Periodically, your toll use will be reviewed. If your monthly activity is above or belowyour current monthly payment, your minimum...

monthly debit/credit card, cash or check payment will beadjusted accordingly and you will be notified on your next scheduled statement” Below are the customer’s toll monthly activities that lead to the replenishment amount going up:6/24 – 7/23 $57.607/24 – 8/23 $280.438/24 – 9/23 $59.299/24 – 10/24 $104.84The total amount for this period is $502.16 which is an average of $125.54 per month and this is why the account replenishment was changed from $35.00 to $125.00. At the request of the customer, the replenishment amount was lower to $25.00 but be advised that the account will be continually evaluated on a quarterly bases and replenished based on usage.
