On August 24th I purchased a custom cut glass tabletop from Fab Glass and Mirror through their online ordering system. The system was straightforward and allowed you to choose your size, shape, and color of glass. I chose an ellipse oval in dark grey 78 inches by 41 inches. I read on their website that you should select thickness of glass based on how you want the glass to look. It says: "For the thickness, choose thinner glass for a delicate, refined look, or thicker glass for heavy use or if the table is to hold a lot of weight." It seemed odd that when I was selecting my glass specs, it didn't allow me to select a thickness of glass. The only thickness option was 1/4 of an inch, which I assumed to be industry standard since this product was listed as a custom glass dining table. Four days later on August 28th I contacted the company because I was concerned about the size. I was told there would be a hold put on the order but that everyone was out of town until the following Monday. When I reached back out, I was told the glass had already been cut but that there was nothing they could do about it. That is when Custom Glass Consultant, James T, informed me that the glass wouldn't be sufficiently strong to be used as a dining table. It turns out, what they have sold me is a glass table cover and not a custom glass tabletop. I continued to be in conversation with Matt B, the customer service manager, to try to come up with a solution that would make the glass safe to use for my purposes. I asked about adding support to the glass possibly by annealing two pieces of glass together, but they were unwilling to work with me to come up with a solution. I asked for photographs of the table, since they told me it had already been cut and there was nothing I could do to halt production and change my order. I was sent a picture of a table that had been cut off and taken at an angle, but you could tell that the table was not the shape or size that I ordered. In fact it looked like a small round table made of 1/2 inch glass. I requested to see a picture of the entire piece of glass and asked that they confirm that the piece of glass is safe to use as a custom cut dining table on Wednesday, September 2, and I have not heard back.

First of all I apologize for the inconvenience

The reason you were not able to pick any other thickness for the type of glass you ordered is that this type of glass is only made in 1/4" Thick , we do not know any manufacturer that makes them in a thicker glass , The issue could have been avoided if we were contacted before the order is placed .

We can offer you a full refund , or make you one in 1/2" , or 3/8" in a lighter gray color ( with paying the difference ) , or make one the color you need in 1/2" in back painted glass

I tried to order some 1/2 glass from the company, it's shopping cart script malfunctioned and put in 1/4. Upon seeing the receipt, I immediately told them to cancel it. After calling customer service they told me they refuse to do so and they refuse to refund the charge.

First of all we never had any complaints with malfunction in our website that changes the thickness , you may have changed that by mistake .

We try to enter custom cut orders as soon as possible to get a quick turn around time since it is lengthy fabrication process , as you can see in our policy for custom cut , any custom cut orders cannot be changed or altered due to the cost we incur and we have no use of the glass once it has been cut , so it is pretty much going to the trash . So it is unfair for us to incur a cost for a mistake we did not do , however we understand that mistakes could happen and our customer service team will be in touch to resolve your issue ASAP in a fair manner and to your satisfaction .

We ordered 3 large wall mirrors from this company's website on 7/17/20. They were delivered to us and when we opened up the first large mirror it was extremely distorted and blurry. It is supposed to be a normal hanging wall mirror but it looked like a fun house mirror (reflections in the mirror were very distorted and blurry as stated already.) It was very difficult to open and unpack due to its large size and the extensive packing to keep the glass safe. Because of this and knowing that we would have to somehow get it back to them, we chose to not open the other 2 large mirrors (seeing as they would likely have the same distortion issues) and to request a return from the company. We immediately called to let them know of the problem and request to return and get a full refund. At first they would not work with us but it went up the chain to one manager and then to another whose name is Seth M (not positive on spelling.) Seth said that we could pay $300 for them to pick the mirrors up, that they would assume liability from that point for any damage, and that we would then get a full refund. We reluctantly agreed because we have no other way to get these large mirrors back to them and they would not waive the return shipping or help us other than this proposed resolution. We accepted this offer and Seth said he would get back to us to let us know more details and we never heard from him again. We have called the number he provided which has his name stated on the voicemail many, many times over the last 2 weeks and have left multiple voicemails and he has not returned any of our calls. They delivered a defective product that we paid over $1,000 for and we just want to return them. None of them are broken, we are returning in the exact same condition in which they were delivered.

I needed to replace the glass tops for a pair of mid-century antique end tables. Since I wanted to keep them in a high traffic area, I opted for plexiglass. I was able to order the exact size I needed, and the pieces were very affordable.
My order arrived yesterday, and it was the most secure packaging for breakable items I've ever seen! I was impressed in the time and care put into ensuring my order arrived undamaged.
When I get ready to upgrade the table tops, I'm definitely going back to Fab Glass & Mirror.

I ordered a piece of glass on 5/14/20 for $66.58. I informed them I would’ve moving on May 27. I was told that was not a problem and the glass would reach us before then. I still have not received the glass despite being charged for it. I called the company on 6/9/20 and spoke to a representative who said the glass was delivered. I told him that the new owners at the home said it was never delivered. The company representative stated he would have to talk to his manager and get back time. He has never called back. I have called the company 4 times and left messages and have emailed the company twice with no response.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the new owner at *** and he stated that nothing was received. When I ordered the glass I was told it would be delivered before we moved on May 27. I also told the company the day we were moving as well as the new address if shipped after May 24 as we were moving. The item was supposedly delivered on June 3 2020.

I recently opened a zumba studio and was in need of a lot of mirrors so my clients can always look at themselves while exercising. Fab Glass and Mirror was the best company to order from with the great prices they offer, not only that but they have every single shape you can think of being able to put so many mirrors perfectly angled to cover my whole studio. The shipping was quick and I had my order in no time, customer service was great in answering all my questions, I couldn't be happier with Fab Glass and Mirrors.

We ordered a 4 tier 47 tall inch glass cabinet SKU: FGM-L-B-145G3 on Dec 8. We received it on Dec 12. The order description stated that the cabinet would come fully assembled. The installation video and instructions on the website show hanging a fully assembled cabinet. We received 8 pieces of glass and 3 bags of screws, caps, etc. There was no parts list or any instructions on how to assemble. We called customer service. They didn't seem to know that it was not assembled. Customer service called the warehouse and then informed me that I should hire a handyman. After about 3 hours, I was able to figure out how to put it together. It took me another hour to assemble. We paid for a fully assembled cabinet. My wife called corporate on Dec 12. They had someone from the customer service location in Florida call on Dec 12. She also had to check with the warehouse. She called back on Dec 17 and indicated that the cabinet was not supposed to arrive assembled. This is misleading and deceptive advertising. In addition, the magnet glued to the door to keep it closed came off during the first night after we put it up. They are going to send another one in 4-5 days. We asked if it could be sent sooner, but she did not know. The customer service rep indicated that the company would correct the description and include instructions in future orders. But, we were not offered any remedy.

This is a terrible company!!! Inordered my glass Oct 6th and received zero updates. I called after 1 week and it was in fabrication would be there in a week... week 2 called no glass and still in fabrication it would be there in a week. Here we are 19days later and still no glass. The lady said she could not figure out why there was a delay in my glass. When I asked for a refund she (Brittany) gave me attitude and said she would forward me to her manager. Not a big shocker when noone answered and it went to voicemail. 19 days and $200 later still no glass and no refund. Terrible company to purchase glass from. Please take tour money and service elsewhere. Preferably somewhere you will actually get what you paid for.

Fab Glass and Mirror sent me a defective double pane picture window with major scratches and smudges (flaws) inside a double pane of glass costing over $800 and they will not replace or refund the glass. They said their policy requires 24hr notice for defects (not shipping related) which is total BS. Notified the company within 1 week including detailed pictures and they offered me $100 - again total BS. I suggest that you don't buy anything from this dishonest company that doesn't stand by there work or their products.

We apologize if the experience was less than perfect . The issue was reported after installation, This is a fragile item that we ask customers to carefully check and report any damage within a reasonable period of time, the fact that you already installed the glass shows that this scratch most likely happened during the installation.
We asked to have the window returned for a full refund which you refused to do and I believe you will continue using the glass after you filed a claim with your credit card. It could not get cheaper than free. We are an honest company and we have a long track record of excellent customer service. you can check other reviews from honest customers.

Fab Glass continues to deny any chance that they sent me defective glass - even though I had an independent professional glass inspection to confirm and document in writing that the defects inside the closed double pain of glass exist. Fab Glass is a shady company and extremely unprofessional company that doesn't stand behind their products - Buyer Beware !

Our company on INC5000 fastest-growing companies for the last 4 years on the row , in addition, we are listed on Entrepreneur 360 fastest growing 360 business in America Only because we offer excellent customer service, some customers have reasonable expectations and they refuse to follow the instructions and policies and we accommodate that most of the times, we requested a return on our expense for a full refund and the request was rejected, unfortunately some customers trying to abuse the customer satisfaction we offer to get away with free stuff , now you are keeping the glass for free after filing credit card dispute and refuse to pay for it or return it for a refund . This is unethical and illegal.

Ordered 9 glass shelfs from company, in one box a bracket was broken., Called company on 07/2019 was told must take picture of broken part, and box and label. Took picture and told them box was gone into trash with label.
Called on 07/2019 talked with Jeff he said never recieved email , I sent it again 7 times over an 55 minute period, I ask many time for a manager or someone who runs the company. They refuse to give me info.
They just dropped my call , I called back got someone new , he said yes they have email , but will send me an email they want box and label, before I can get a replacement bracket.
This is very bad company to do business with

First of all this order was for $63 and not $400 as stated , secondly the customer was not able to send us an email from a secure email so our firewall rejected the email .A replacement has been approved and on the way to the customer

Things happen, I understand that; and the best decisions aren't always the ones that are made first, but in the end Fab Glass and Mirror stepped up and made me a satisfied customer. Hi I ordered a month ago from this company, they havent shipped it as they stated when I ordered in 2 weeks would ship and would get in 3rd week which is now. I keep calling and getting run around, and I cannot speak with any senior person in company to get my issues addressed. They do not respond to emails etc.

We are only few days behind on this order and not a month

Clarification about the Estimated time of shipping the order

This order was for $425 and it is a custom cut piece

The 2 weeks time is an estimate and we meet this time if no issues happens while fabrication the piece

The time depends on complexity of specs and whether nothing will happen to the glass during fabrication

Used FGM "state of the art, online ordering system..." to order a piece of cut tempered glass. Exactly followed the instructions provided. Called the company to validate the pricing before ordering(because the fancier glass cut was less expensive than a basic rectangle cut). Company rep stated the online prices were set up correctly and to follow the prices provided. After ordering I was NEVER notified our order which showed "in fabrication" was NOT being fabricated. I then had multiple email discourses with the FGM support team(***)

The customer ordered a piece of glass from our online portal as a standard Arch shaped glass , however when he sent the drawing the shape is not standard and needs more labor , we explained to him and he insisted on getting the shape he wants at the same price , we issued a full refund when he refused to pay the difference (please see the credit memo attached )

I purchased 2 mirrors for our master bathroom and there are defects on some of the decorative squares on both. I called about returning and was told that they have a 2 week return policy! We are in the process of remodeling and my contractors did not open the boxes to hang the mirrors until last week. They were purchased at the end of March and delivered in early April. I had no idea that anyone would ever have such a ridiculously short return policy. They have forced me to dispute the charge due to the inferior quality of their merchandise.

She called yesterday 5/23 after almost 2 month to state the complaints

The buyer agreed to the return policy published on our website at the time of purchase

This is a fragile item anything could happen to the item moving them around this is why we ask our customers to check the box within 24-48 hours to report any damage , which is an industry standards,

we have a maximum 30 days return policy I am not sure how long the customer need to figure out if the item is free from defects or not !.

I am rejecting this response because: The mirrors are defective, see photo. Whether I opened them upon receipt or when we were ready to hang is irrelevant. The fact that this company will not stand behind their merchandise is shocking!

My order was unacceptably delayed multiple times and so I brought it to the attention of very high management. Within a week I had my shower door. I'm giving them 5 stars because they cared about their customer and fixed the problem. The glass door was shipped in a Fort Knox box - very securely. I was impressed by that alone. The door was perfect at a price that could not be matched. My only complaint is about the length of the hinge screws. A shower with a descent width backer board with min 3/8 tile plus thin-set is going to take away too much from the screws. The instructions state a minimum of 1 1/4 inches of screw thread must go into the supporting studs. I could not use their screws and had to buy longer screws and match the finish of the hinges. Not a huge deal but something they should consider. I would buy from them again.
