Fantastic upgrades
Truly the best performance shop for Porsches and the like. I visited their facility before purchasing any goods, and I highly recommend others do the same. They will show you around the entire facility, and the parts they make. Unlike any competitors in their industry!

We issued a refund The issue was with the customer's installer, not Fabspeed We sent the correct clamps The installer could not perform the work properlyShipping, return and warranty information is clearly stated on our website at: [redacted]

This gentlemen has called the attorney general and multiple agencies about this $refund he wants to installation labor chargesFabspeed Motorsport refunded all monies as per our policy and we cant refund money for miscellaneous costs like labor charges and other out of pocket chargesHistory of the matter.A shop called and order a car for a BMWThe car was a convertible and not a coupeIt should NOT matter for an exhaust systems as on 99% of all cars the exhaust systems is the same for a coupe and a convertiblewe advised the shop to try it out for their customerIn this situation the Fabspeed systems did not fit the convertible for this gentlemenFabspeed refunded the shop all his money for his exhaust system and the customer was refunded net of his installation costsInstallation costs and out of pocket costs are never covered by any company in situations like thisThis matter was handled professionally and we wish the BMW owner happiness with his carIf the gentlemen would like to come up to Fabspeed we would custom build him a systems for his BMW convertible and give him a credit of $towards satisfaction if he would like that

I just had a very good conversation with [redacted] [redacted] was upset as Fabspeed did not have a part in stock that was delayed from one of our vendors and our salesman did not reply to [redacted] and was rudeI sincerely apologized to [redacted] about his experienceToday, [redacted] was issued a credit as we mutually agreed for shippingI also sent a Fabspeed T shirt and cast stainless steel bottle opener [redacted] was pleased that we reached out today to talk and apologize

We are trying to find this customer in our system and in our dealer network but he does not existWe have a similar situation but under a completely different nameWe believe this could be fraud and someone just trying to hurt our Revdex.com score and imageCan we please be provided with more information if this is a true complaint?

February 24, 2017Dear Sir:Fabspeed Motorsport of Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, has been in business for over years as a family owned and operated company.Fabspeed Motorsport serves a highly niche industry of the exotic sports car/luxury auto market with highly engineered performance packages that increase horsepower and develop wonderful sports car sound [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] are some of the lines Fabspeed supports and ships worldwide.Because of the unique applications we provide, (exhaust systems, intake systems, headers, tips etc) and the makes, there are from time to time some rare quality issuesThough the exception, when something isn't right, we take it back and make the part fit and operate correctlyConsumers in this specialized niche are aware of this dynamic and accept as a standard expectation.In April Fabspeed Motorsportan independent auto repair / performance shop bought a [redacted] performance package to the shop for their customerAt the time of the sale Fabspeed did not know the end userUltimately, the shop installed the Fabspeed systems for their customer who is named [redacted] ***Therefore [redacted] arranged for the system to be installed by a shop in Long Island New York.The Fabspeed [redacted] exhaust system had a minor weld fail and we offered to repair or replace certain parts under warranty, despite the fact that there is a possibility the shop he used made a mistake installing the system or [redacted] personal aggressive driving (including road conditions and the fact that he raced the car, also voiding our warranty), adversely impacted our product[redacted] ***, who now goes by multiple aliases for social media purposes, ( [redacted] **) refused our offer and created a website [redacted] .com.In addition, [redacted] has had multiple legal encounters, including a Fraud case with the US attorney's office [redacted] has also taken photos of the family home and emailed the company with multiple threats of personal harm, and serious extortion and multiple demands of $20,and other matters.We'd like to see [redacted] take down [redacted] .com and cease libel and defamation activities as we have begun our legal recourse on this matter.Regards,Joe FPresident

I am rejecting this response because: I did not get the attention of this business until I got an attorney involvedThey flat out said in written correspondence that they were NOT PAYING THE CLAIM Now that I have contacted the Revdex.com and an attorney they are wanting to discuss optionsMy car has been repaired by *** *** and the money is owed for the damages by FabspeedThe parts they are referring to are what was considered TRASH by *** and were damaged by FabspeedThey had these parts different times and had plenty opportunity to test them or diagnose themNOW THEY WANT TO HAVE THEM EVAULATED!!

out of our control.One of the pipes had a scratch and a stainless below had a scratch that annoyed *** ***. Fabspeed ultimately got all the correct parts to *** *** and he installed everything and the car ran great.*** *** sold off his Fabspeed systemToday I called the invited *** *** to come to Fabspeed for a complimentary exhaust systems with installation at Fabspeed Motorsport USA*** *** would be welcomed at Fabspeed with open arms at his convenience

This is service claim and the transaction is still in process and has not been closed or completedWe just received the returned parts to be inspected and evaluated for repairThere has been no decisions made to stop or end this service request, so the customer is responding prematurely without

The main issue with ***'s car is that he was expecting to hear a particular
sound that was to match the video on our website. Unknown at the time to Fabspeed was that he was keeping the two muffler cans from the factoryThe Black *** *** he listened to on the website had no factory cans remaining and the sound was really different. We spoke to *** and he is aware of the root cause for the sound being different. At this time, he does not want to send us the cans as he understands why the sound is different. The tips issue is clearly an install issue and needs to be fixed by his shop. In no way was Fabspeed at fault for the difference in sound and that he does not wish to send his parts in for us to inspect

The customer agreed with Fabspeed that the sound was better and different than the stock exhaust on the vehicle.Any other issues were with the installers, not Fabspeed, during installation

NEVER LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!!!!! I sent ECUs for a flash update for my Bentley Continental GT Speed. They fried them, couldn't resolve the issue. Had to tow my car the Bentley of Atlanta. The techs and service manager had to order new ECUs and program them to get the car running. I was without a car and in dispute for 4 months. They still refuse to reimburse me for the bill of $5000 and refund my initial purchase of $3500. I am out $8500 for a service that was NEVER provided!!. Complete CROOKS!!! Nothing but lies and never commit to what they say they will do. "quoting from the General Manager A[redacted]" Owner J** said 'don't pay the bill'

We issued a refund to [redacted] and [redacted] mentioned and told us he would go online and tell others that the matter was resolved to his satisfaction. [redacted] is a great guy and BMW owner and we apologized for the system that did not work and fit to his satisfaction.  I hope ole everyone...
