Yes my car is now in the shop, but not because any response or effort from factory finishI happen to go they are Friday to complain about why they still had not contact me regarding repairing my car Only then did find out that they had scheduled my car to come in on Monday, but I was never in Contacted by factory finish about any of thisThis happen only buy that effort of me going To complain again Factory finish seems not to want to honor their lifetime guarantee and if they are not receiving a check from You they seem to give you the runaround Also took my car in Monday went by Tuesday and nothing had been done to it I was told to days we are now on ninth day Will check in the see where there are with my car as usual no communication from themdon't mind waiting on my car as long as it is done right

Mrs, [redacted] 's concerns have been address, her vehicle has been complete and returned to Mrs [redacted] If there is anything else We can do, please let us know

We are currently working on getting Mr& Mrs [redacted] 's concerns handledI will respond upon completion of repairs

I wish to reject the business response due to the fact that I do not want any more damage done to my car I have taken my car to them twice and each time it comes back worse than when I sent it in Revdex.comI am sorry the customer feels this way, however that is the only solution we are able to offer at this timePlease remind her that she is able to take it to any of our other locations and does not have to deal with the Crowley location if she prefers to

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: By their own admission the window came off the track because a retaining pin was not put back into place when they took the door apart to paintSo they are either lying to you or me It is now November and the car is finally done after months of frustrations, repair errors and rework on the carThere is interior trim that keeps popping loose and they said that was because of the many times they had to keep removing it They seem proud of the substandard work that they do and just kept telling me to bring it back It was obvious to me that they don't have any quality control and never check up on their employees work before it goes out their doors I hope and won't ever use factory finish again and have [redacted] *** auto for sending me their Nearly months to fix hair damage They ripped out the insurance company, which I filed a complaint and wasted so much of my time Lucky I had another truck to use and wasn't paying rental as by now I would be paying out of pocket Regards, [redacted]

- Factory Finish Collision Center has not yet given us a date for when our vehicle will be ready for pick up despite our continued attempts to get them to commit Our truck has now been in their possession for weeks and today, Monday, June 6h is the beginning of six weeks.- Factory Finish Collision Center does not follow through with their promises During a personal meeting with [redacted] on Wednesday, June 1st, she told me that ***, the shop manager where our truck is located, informed her that the truck would be painted by Saturday, June Therefore, we went to check on the truck on Friday afternoon and it didn't look it was ready for painting (my husband is a former car painter and he told me the truck didn't look close to being ready for paint, as a matter of fact, he said, the truck looked the same as it did days ago) It is during this visit we asked to look inside the truck as it had been sitting outside for more than days without windshield and back glass and just plastic coverings for protection.- Factory Finish Collision Repair failed to take appropriate measures to protect our property, therefore, we now have significant water damage inside the truck Carpet on the floor is drenched with water including the padding under the carpet, there are signs of mildew in some areas of the carpet and the seats are also wet.- When I confronted one of the shop representatives on Saturday, I was almost in tears since they had not painted the truck and no work had been done at all since the day before The shop representative promised me he would make things right; he said the truck would be painted today, Monday, June 6, and that he personally would remove the seats in the truck and repair the water damage We will visit the shop today to see if the truck has been painted as promised.- Despite two phone calls to the business owner, [redacted] ***, he has not returned my calls I also went personally to see him on Wednesday, June 1st, but was told he does not have regular business hours When I asked by [redacted] on Thursday, June 2, and the shop representative we spoke to on Saturday, why Mr [redacted] was not returning my call, I was told that he does not get involved in these matters I find hard to believe that the business owner will not make a courtesy phone call to apologize for the nightmare we have been put through- This entire ordeal has been causing my husband and I deep emotional strain to the point that we are both getting sick and losing sleep over this situation.- Last week, [redacted] , told me (after speaking with ***) that the truck would be ready by this Friday, June 10th Therefore, we ask that our truck is repaired to our satisfaction, including the repair of the water damage due to their negligence Thank you, [redacted]

I just will never trust my vehicle with this company again because they are VERY dishonest. Friends and family that have seen my vehicle for years cannot believe the lies and claims this business has made and to know that the person we were dealing with directly is the owner is scary indeed! It is not like this is a regular employee or the manager but the owner......that shows that there is no one you can talk to in the company to get it resolved or to trust my car with

Something has been lost in translation, it seemsMy complaint is that the vehicle was not put back to "pre-loss" condition (aka LKQ - Like, Kind, Quality) as Factory Finish has statedThe motor that was removed had 41k miles on it, the one they installed had 51k miles on itAs a business that deals with insurance companies they understand that had the insurance company told them to order this motor (which from my conversations with my insurance company was not the one they authorized), Factory Finish still has an obligation to their Customer to tell the insurance company that what they authorized was incorrectThe fault lies with Factory Finish for not taking care of their CustomerThank you.

Ms*** had brought her car in for me to see and is glad I called to get they're problems repaired and as soon as I have a loaner car we will get them repaired to they're satisfactionI'm in contact with them a few times a week until we get they're car in

Factory Finish returned the car to me on 7/11/because I demanded that they do soAfter Factory Finish possessing the vehicle for days with no acceptable progress being made, I felt as though I had no choice to take the vehicle back and look into other optionsFactory Finish did place me in a loaner car for a short time during the end of the repair periodIt was a Dodge Caliber that had one headlight out, one reverse light out, a check engine light on, and the registration was expired in May of I feel unsafe in the car but had no options because I could not afford a rental, especially after having already come out of pocket for rentals earlier in the repair. In response to painting the whole vehicle, I had made the request prior to repairs being started that the car be painted as a whole due to my concern over matching the pearl finish on the carOnce we had seen more than a dozen attempts to paint one piece at a time with poor results, I requested again that the car be painted all at once to solve the problemFactory Finish refused and said that the panels don';t match from the factory and that they will never match based on material differencesThe dealership verified that this is absolutely not true. The car is far from pre-loss conditionsThere is over spray on nearly every surface the is near any panel that was painted, including the interiorThe wind noise due to the rear hatch being installed or repaired incorrectly is horrendousThe Eye-Sight is not functioning properly due to rough handling and the trim/headliner being installed improperlyThe headliner is filthy and ruinedThere are every trim pieces that are gouged and scratchedIt looks as if the car was disassembled and them the pieces were just thrown about without any intention of preserving the state of themThe car was only months old when the damage occurred and looks considerably older than that now. I fear that the quality of work has compromised the value to such a degree that it will impact all future financial transaction related to the carOnce I picked up the car on the 11th, I went directly to the Subaru dealership that shares a parking lot with Factory Finish and they were appalled a the poor quality of work and the mess still left to fixThe manager took it upon himself to contact Factory Finish the next day to encourage them to correct their mistakes.

Mrs*** vehicle has been complete and returned to her possessionWe strive to hit out target date, but unfortunately sometimes there is hidden damage In this case it was an electrical issue and took some time to diagnose, but we're happy to say the job is complete and return to the

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.after seeing such lousy work effort I clearly told the manager I did not want his employees to touch my car so I went to *** and try to get an estimateEvery shop refuses to touch my car after another shops mistake; and I of course let the manager knowI went back the same day I received my car, I sent pictures to the manager of all the damage THE SAME DAY I PICKED UP MY CARI of course did not want to be blamed so I went back the next day so they could take pictures themselvesThey refuse to replace my interiorI have pictures of the paint job and it looks like it's dripping from over coatingI specifically told them I did not want to be blamed so I asked for ANYTHING on writing before I left the lotIt's funny now he is accusing me of key scratching my carI'm sorry but this is too funny right now I'm glad I have pictures of the day before I turned it in to back my sideNot only was the paint peeling the first day but there is also other mistakes they made that do not involve no peeling rather over coating !

Let us address the
rental car FF had my car in its possession for approximately - days Rental coverage is generally provided by the insurance company for days, after that the client is left to pick up the tab Therefore, if I even would have had rental coverage, it would have simply covered days, leaving approximately plus days for me to pay out of pocket days X $= $1500 The manner in which FF treated this situation made it seem as though it was my own fault for not being smart enough to get rental coverage, when rental coverage would not have served a bit of good in this matter Furthermore, for FF to state that it is not responsible for the manner in which its loaner cars are treated and/or returned speaks volumes for the amount of respect that FF has for its own property.The quality of work that is being provided by FF is very poor I have been in possession of my car for a little over days and already the paint on the hood is starting to chip I am afraid to return it to FF because I don't know how long this process will take or if they will even choose to make the necessary repairs based on the way that this who matter has been handled

Mrand Ms*** are talking with me in hopes of getting they're car back in the shop and taking care of the issues Told them we would supply them with a loaner car while they're car was in for repairs

FACTORY FINISH HAS TRIED REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMERCUSTOMER STATES THEY WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND WILL NOT RETURN OUR CALLS - THANK YOU

My response to the company reply.... Not only did I get my car back weeks after they said I would, when I got my car back, several things were not done properly, such as the paint, power windows, and a burnt bulb on the headlightsI had to reschedule to come back in and was promised the work would only take one dayI brought my car back a couple of weeks later, they had moved shop locations, but neglected to communicate that to me when I called to set up my appointmentI did the overnight key drop, like I told them I would do, and my car sat on the lot for a dayI had to call several times before actually speaking to a live person about the status of my carIt then took them days to make the fixes, and I did not get a loaner car like they promised. This company, everything from their customer service to their quality of work, is absolutely awfulThey should not be trusted with people's cars. Thank you,*** ***

I attempted to contact him this morning and was told he would call me back around lunch. It's now after 3 and I still haven't heard from him. This issue has not been resolved to my satisfaction.

I looked into it and the manager at the Crowley store says his door glass might have come off the track and is coming in this Friday so we can look at it and get him back on track . He said it's the only time he could come in . Please let me know if I can do anything else...
