Yes my car is now in the shop, but not because any response or effort from factory finish. I happen to go they are Friday to complain  about why they still had not...

contact me regarding  repairing my car.  Only then did find out that they had scheduled my car to come in on Monday, but I was never in Contacted by factory finish about any of this. This happen only buy that effort of me going To complain again.  Factory finish seems not to want to honor their lifetime guarantee and if they are not receiving a check from You  they seem to give you the runaround.  Also took my car in Monday went by Tuesday and nothing had been done to it I was told 2 to 4 days we are now on ninth day  Will check in the see where there are with my car as usual no communication from them. don't mind waiting on my car as long as it is done right

- Factory Finish Collision Center has not yet given us a date for when our vehicle will be ready for pick up despite our continued attempts to get them to commit.  Our...

truck has now been in their possession for 5 weeks and today, Monday, June 6h is the beginning of six weeks.- Factory Finish Collision Center does not follow through with their promises.  During a personal meeting with [redacted] on Wednesday, June 1st, she told me that [redacted], the shop manager where our truck is located, informed her that the truck would be painted by Saturday, June 4.  Therefore, we went to check on the truck on Friday afternoon and it didn't look it was ready for painting (my husband is a former car painter and he told me the truck didn't look close to being ready for paint, as a matter of fact, he said, the truck looked the same as it did 7 days ago).  It is during this visit we asked to look inside the truck as it had been sitting outside for more than 7 days without windshield and back glass and just plastic coverings for protection.- Factory Finish Collision Repair failed to take appropriate measures to protect our property, therefore, we now have significant water damage inside the truck.  Carpet on the floor is drenched with water including the padding under the carpet, there are signs of mildew in some areas of the carpet and the seats are also wet.- When I confronted one of the shop representatives on Saturday, I was almost in tears since they had not painted the truck and no work had been done at all since the day before.  The shop representative promised me he would make things right; he said the truck would be painted today, Monday, June 6, and that he personally would remove the seats in the truck and repair the water damage.  We will visit the shop today to see if the truck has been painted as promised.- Despite two phone calls to the business owner, [redacted], he has not returned my calls.  I also went personally to see him on Wednesday, June 1st, but was told he does not have regular business hours.  When I asked by [redacted] on Thursday, June 2, and the shop representative we spoke to on Saturday, why Mr. [redacted] was not returning my call, I was told that he does not get involved in these matters.  I find hard to believe that the business owner will not make a courtesy phone call to apologize for the nightmare we have been put through. - This entire ordeal has been causing my husband and I deep emotional strain to the point that we are both getting sick and losing sleep over this situation.- Last week, [redacted], told me (after speaking with [redacted]) that the truck would be ready by this Friday, June 10th.  Therefore, we ask that our truck is repaired to our satisfaction, including the repair of the water damage due to their negligence.  Thank you,

I wish to reject the business response due to the fact that I do not want any more damage done to my car.  I have taken my car to them twice and each time it comes back worse than when I sent it in.  
Revdex.comI am sorry the customer feels this way, however that is the only solution we are able to offer at this time. Please remind her that she is able to take it to any of our other locations and does not have to deal with the Crowley location if she prefers to.

I feel that we have gone back and forth in reference to this rental car coverage dispute. I feel that maybe you are not fully understanding Factory Finish Collision Center or any Collision Center is not responsible for rental or the means of a customers transportation while the customer vehicle is in for repairs. We are only responsible for repairing your vehicle and working with you and the insurance company to get it back to pre loss condition; however Factory Finish Collision Center as well as many other collision centers would agree to cover rental expenses  and/or provide a loaner if the shop is responsible for any delays. The time frame taken to get your vehicle completed was delayed in multiple aspects from the delay of the insurance, parts delays and dispute delays have all played major factors. During the time your vehicle was in our possession we still provided you a loaner for a lengthy time frame even though Factory Finish was not responsible for what the insurance company denied. I sincerely apologize for this entire ordeal and wish there was more we can do, however at this point we still believe we do not owe for any rental days.

Factory Finish Collision Center does not have any registration stickers for the insured  Thank you and Factory Finish Collision Center will still honor their workmanship guarantee. Thank you

We are currently working on getting Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]'s concerns handled. I will respond upon completion of repairs.

I am rejecting this response because:  By their own admission  the window came off the track because a retaining pin was not put back into place when they took the door apart to paint. So they are either lying to you or me.   It is now November and the car is finally done after months of frustrations, repair errors and rework on the car. There is interior trim that keeps popping loose and they said that was because of the many times they had to keep removing it.  They seem proud of the substandard work that they do and just kept telling me to bring it back.  It was obvious to me that they don't have any quality control and never check up on their employees work before it goes out their doors.  I hope and won't ever use factory finish again and have [redacted] auto for sending me their.  Nearly 5 months to fix hair damage.  They ripped out the insurance company, which I filed a complaint and wasted so much of my time.  Lucky I had another truck to use and wasn't paying rental as by now I would be paying out of pocket.

So where else could my sticker be, ON MY OLD Glass that factory finish removed. I told the manager the entire interior needs to be replaced. He denied to fix all my interior, only my dash. I also want my car fixed at [redacted]. Unless the shop pays [redacted] then they will never touch my car again
